This location rented me a truck that was unfit and unsafe for highway driving. It had damaged tires that made the truck go into a rhythmic violent bouncing at highway speeds. It was also sent out with the check engine light on.

The owner at this location is extremely kind and helpful. I brought the trailer back a day early and after closing hours because it didn't fit in the driveway like we thought, I couldn't lift it off the hitch and he had given me his cell, so I called and he was so nice and came out and helped and didn't make me feel bad at all! Super nice guy!

I was not happy with the drop off point in ocala fl. Thourbread hardware. I brought the truck to the location with 7/8 of a tank of fuel like I was instructed to do, the drop off place sent an email with a reading of just less than 3/4 of a tank. That is total dishonesty and also charged my card an additional 21$. The amount of money I paid uhaul was another and at the destination I get screwed out of an additional 21$. Will never recommend that drop off place to anyone. They need there uhaul franchise revok.
