We reserved a uhaul for a time and place ahead of time but then they called us and we had to pickup at a different location and different time. Seemed kind of pointless to have a reservation. They were nice about it but still not sure how having a reservation makes any sense.

Very small operation. Had to call and wait for person to come so we could pick up trailer then wait while he did stuff on his phone for the reservation. Trailer we picked up was fine.
