I was very happy with both of these locations since they FIXED my original order 24406701 at the Abercorn St Savannah location I had previously confirmed. The truck was NOT there and I was EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED after they told my son he was to go to a second location WHICH was closed to pick one up! I had to call customer service at U Haul who sent him to a third location where he eventually got the truck . I am disappointed that the second order was not for the same quote I received on the first one. Order 93977960. Why? I placed my reservation two weeks earlier. It was confirmed. I even visited the location personally and spoke to Travis who assured me it would be fine if my son picked up the truck and used my discover card two days earlier while I was in Savannah packing with my daughter. I received an email in Friday stating the truck would be ready the 27th as agreed. I would like an inconvenience fee as mentioned by your call center rep and the difference on my original quote.

I went to one place and they would not accept the hitch so I had to go to another place which put extra mileage on the truck.

I didn't know about the attendant-free drop off at the drop off point. If I had known and had the app it would have been great, but I didn't know so it was kinda confusing. Otherwise the service was great.

First the lady put everything in the wrong name, so when I called the 1-800 number I had to have someone else verify everything even tho I rented it and my licenses was on file. Second, she marked the gas in the truck so wrong. But I didn't think to take a picture because when the truck was turned over to me the guy driving just got out and walked off. When I first tried to pull off in the truck it shut off on me, so I was more worried about that. But the area where the pick was at, is so sketchy I didn't want to go back in. I had to put More gas in it when I dropped it off than what I had when I picked it up. Or I was going to be over charged for them to put more gas in it. I was charged for 40 extra miles. Which makes no since, I rented it for a day. I put from where to where. So the fact that I had to pay for more miles is crazy! I rented one before and didn't pay for extra miles. And I went further than this trip. Very disappointed.

It took 30 minutes to check back in and still 3 days and they took the money out the wrong account. The building smells horrible. I feel that I should get a refund it was horrible.

Just a little signage inside maybe - when you enter the building you are in a cab company dispatch office and then walk through another room into an office. Feels a little weird. BUT great news is the people are AWESOME and super helpful. It was pouring rain and they ensured we had an umbrella during the hookup and walking to/from.

I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time for someone to help me. They forced me to pay another $15 for an adapter before I could leave because a light wouldn't work. The light still didn't work after purchasing the new adapter. Trailer was dirty. This whole operation was not set up to maintain efficiency.

Have the vehicles actually serviced. Both inner dually tires were dry rotted and blew out on my move. Axel on tow dolly needed replaced. Showed all evidence to the UHUAL I returned the truck and tow dolly to, they apologized and said that it was getting replaced because the tow dolly should have never gone out the way it did.

UHaul changed the location the day before. I booked for 8:30am (confirmed the time) but the new location did not open until 9:00. That's not the location's fault. That is poor scheduling by UHaul. The lady on site was pleasant and helpful but my move was disrupted by Uhaul.

Very run down area, in a taxi cab lot. Office not up to date, messy and cluttered. UHaul Rep. was friendly and helpful though.

This location was a Taxi business that had a few Uhauls. I was able to drop it off after normal business ours. There was no one there to check me in, but I called the next morning and they took care of me. That was nice to drop the trailer after pulling it across the country.

There was nothing but confusion picking this rental up. The truck was so dirty I have never seen anything like this. The rental was supposed to be picked up in Springfield GA but was moved to Savannah. My suggestion is to move the Savannah location to a place that is more inviting and takes care of your equipment. I will not go back there.

One of the employees there lies about the image and gas in the equipment, if it wasn't cause I went outside with the guy that runs the place (which he was awesome) I would had got taken advantage of. Make sure you take a picture of mileage and gas when returning.

This was the worst u haul I have ever done business with. They do not know what they're doing and are beyond slow. They are way below the standard of service I am accustomed to seeing at your other locations. They are a taxi service and u haul takes a back seat.......way back.

Staff is completely incompetent. Tried to overcharge me almost double the amount because he didn't know how to currently enter in the information. Honestly this branch should be shut down completely. I am not only dissatisfied by my experience, but truly disgusted. Worst u-haul experience I've had BY FAR, wouldn't even realize it was the same company.

The representative checked us in, and processed our payment through her smartphone. That was very unprofessional and time consuming. They also didn't have any dollies for rent so we had to travel to another location to rent one. That created an inconvenience for us, and it prolonged the process further. Therefore, to improve the process for the next customer a faster and more secure checkout process should be implemented, and dollies should be available for renting.
