Don't let the customer drive off in 90 degrees weather knowing the air-conditioner is not working and then when you call in to discuss the problem, she admits that yes this could be true "A/C is not guaranteed to work" and then when I return the truck she said that the air conditioning is a luxury and they don't guarantee that. Clean up the street walkers and beggars in and around location and maintain a clean vehicle, inside was disgusting, hair all over the dashboard and just plain dirty. Mobile app was also an issue at this locationJoseph M.
Staff who is available when you arrive and who has everything ready for the time you are due to arrive. No one mopping the floor while you are walking in! Not having to wait for supplies that should already be in the truck and ready for pick-up. What is the point of checking in online and still waiting 30 minutes?????JOYCE C.

Do not allow customers to reserve dollies and item that are not available. Not having what I needed to move made my move a lot harder than it needed to be and had i known my dollies were not going to be there I could have made other arrangements for dollies but was not told they didnt have any in my city till aftwr running around town to 2 different u haul locations that supposedly had them.Nicole F.

My check in was at 10:00 AM. They did not open until 10:20 AM. I had to wait in a long line and didn't get keys until 10:50AM and was still told to bring the truck back within 4 hours from my original pick up time. I was given a truck that was non drive able. Had to wait to get a different truck. There was mud all inside the cab and the back roll down door was wide open.JENNY M.
The truck's radio was blasting and there was no way to turn it down or turn it off. All of the knobs were busted off. I called the store and they said I could use a paper clip to turn it down. The drivers side door was difficult to close. I unfortunately cannot recommend this location for Uhaul service.Jeff B.

I requested a dolly was charged for that dolly but when I picked up the uhaul I had no dolly,I don't recommend check and deli Canton ohio for uhaul services they also claimed on paper work the truck was 3/4 full no it barely was on a half tankAntoine P.
Slammed me by changing pick up location. Place didn't open until 10 am. 10 degrees below zero with windchill. Items I purchased for pick up (mattress bag) was at the location I reserved to pick up the truck. Took 90 minutes from arrival until departure. Crap way to do business.Paul H.

The truck is in bad need of service. There was a brake light on along with a blaring alarm beeping that started shortly after we left with the truck. We stopped at U-Haul on Whipple Rd in Canton. Their mechanic said it needs a wiring harness. The front end has issues as well. The inside of the truck was filthy. Inside the box was disgusting. Smelled like body odor and urine. The outside was all scrapped up. Worst truck ever. I called 800 number and asked a supervisor to call me. No one called about our complaint. Terrible service - no one cared at all. This truck is a menus and should not be rented again until it's cleaned (Covid Sterile) and it's made road worthy. Someone should be ashamed if anyone cared.RONALD B.

Rented a 5x9 trailer that was dirty I had to clean it out. Charges was not explained and when I returned the trailer date earlier I was hit with a cleaning bill of 15.90. This is a robbery with out a gun. I will not rent from them again. Will buy my own trailer. Total bill was 100.91 for a 49.00 rental. Tried to call to discuss the charges no one called back. I had taken picture of the gas tank, and the Crack on the left front of window, like suggestion to show when I returned the truck, but no one was at the location, even though their hours said they would be. Then even though the gas tank was left exactly if not more where it was when I received it, I get charge an extra 74 some dollars an change. If it wasn't for the location where I picked it up being so considerate, I would of given you a lower rating.Schrene S.

The Tusc location was great. The phone gets answered, the trucks were clean, I had zero trouble and the woman helping was great. On the other hand, the columbus rd location is HORRIBLE. This was the fifth terrible experience I had with them. On August 1st: I waited in the store a half an hour waiting to be helped. The help suggested i wait around to see if the truck was being returned even though i reserved it at least 24 hours before. They didn't care if i waited all day there bc i asked if i could bc i drove 30 minutes and needed to move. He said he would call when it got back. We called 2 hours later. He said 2 more hours and he would call! He never called. My move day was screwed. I call ( for the fourth time) the same day to reschedule bc 6 hours passed . No one ever answerred the phone. I was on hold 25 minutes! my reserved truck was never returned. I was never called , accomodated, or apologized to. I tried to call Columbus rd on the 7th and schedule again bc they are the closest to me. and they said there was nothing they can do . They wouldn't check my account , take a complaint and refused to be accountable bc â€œ there is nothing they can do and no one to tell.â€ Whatever. Don't forget the truck with the blown tire you tried to give me and blame me for. Or the extra money i got charged for the wrong truck and dolly i didn't ask for. And the 3 ppl in front of me clearly had been screwed over too. Tell the employees to go work at Walmart and get people who answer your phones instead of holding up the counter staring at their own. No one knew anything and couldn't figure out what was going on. Get it together Columbus rd 郎ASHLEY D.
The truck literally sounded like it was falling apart. The rail never came out the whole entire time I had the truck which made it so hard to move, there was trash and spit bottles left in the uhaul. And It took almost 45 minutes to check my truck out because the website wasn't working.Taryn S.
