First the truck we reserved was not available. Then the rate and mileage were charged at a rate higher then the rate reserved. And when I returned the vehicle at 2pm when scheduled the agent was rude and had attitude. She told me that we were good with the billing and let me leave. She doesn't check in the vehicle till 5pm creating another daily charge to the bill.

Be honest...I reserved a truck and when I got there they didnt have the truck I reserved 15' so he said that he would charge me for the 15(29.95)...but he charged me for the 17(39.95)...when I reserved it said that it would be 31 and some change..i could have went to another location for the simple fact we had to wait for him to return to the store!! I called customer service and some how we got diconnected...he didnt even use my reserve he made another one and I told him I reserved a 15 footer for 3:30...

They couldn't get an approval for a 400 lb riding mover to be moved in your 5 by 9 trailer. My sun can haul 9500 lbs and I sat for an hour for someone on a phone to approve it. What a joke!

Get rid of this location worse location I have ever been at I had to hook up my own trailer in the rain with no help and had drive through the grass because it was blocked in by u haul truck. I also had take electrical wiring connector from another trailer because it was missing Worse u haul I have ever been at in my entire life

The truck bed was filled with debris and previous customer contents (dental floss picks and little girls broken toys). I had to clean the bed before I felt okay to load with my contents. How were they not charged a cleaning convenience fee, and why was the bed not cleaned prior to next customer use as contract states?

I wish everyone was kind like the young man that gave me a truck in the morning, I was so nervous to drive the truck thinking it was Manual, I called for him to show me and even pulling the truck out of the parking lot since there was another truck parked right in the Middle and was kind of tight , I called for him again and he always comes quick kindly and helps.God bless you and keep this kindness to those who needs it .from today onwards this is my uhual point if I must rent one .

My first drop off location was 1303 e Tuscarawas and it was surrounded by crack heads in the ghetto. There was no drop off key box and there was not anyone at the business. When I called in for another location the uhaul agents were rude and the second one hung up on me. I have used uhaul over 6 times in the past couple of years and have come to expect better.

I was not able to use the uhaul. The back would not open. Called UPS, transferred me to Triple A. They opened a ticket and said they would be there within 90. After sitting in my car waiting almost 2 hours, got another text it would be another 1.5 hour. I told them I could not wait and that the 2 individuals I had waiting to drive up to cleveland could no longer wait. I rented the truck at 8 pm and received the voicemail after 2 am that the door had been frozen shut but was fixed. Over 6 hours later. So I told them just to return the truck and then I received a voicemail on Saturday I had to return the truck or it would be reported stolen. WHAT???? I never even got to use the truck. And I was out of town all weekend. Very dissapointed.

The vehicle was not in good condition which is why the gas burns out so fast. It does not drive as if the maintenance is kept i.e, very loud, driving hard as in to accelerate,mirrors swivel while driving. Very poor condition will not use this location EVER again, I will go to a real uhaul location!

The owner was amazing and so accommodating! I was an hour late for pick up, because of traffic coming from Columbus. He was still in the deli, even though they were closed. He opened up anyway and helped me get my rental taken care of. I told him my situation of needing the truck to move my mom into an assisted living facility and he said he was going to pray for us that night for an easy transition day. I could tell he truly cared and was just so kind. There are good people in this world and he is definitely one of them. Beyond grateful for him and willingness to go above and beyond.

The owner was the rudest person I have ever met. He refused to change my mileage and told me if I did not like it to go somewhere else. When I brought the truck back he told me to drop the keys and get out. After I refused to leave until someone inspected the truck and verified the amount I would be charged, he call me a bitch, said "fuck you" I don't care. I then began video taping him, which I will be posting on u-tube of him cursing and flipping me off. U-Haul should not allow this man or location to represent their company.

Owner was extremely rude he would not manually scan license in said if he did not text the form I can go somewhere else. Said he turns people without phones as he refuses to scan or print more then he has too. All the trucks are in horrible shape, leaked, check engine lights on. Horrible location I recommend a survey of the location.

Bad customer service. This location should even have rentals. The man at the counter refused to put my rental on hold like customer service asked him to. When I returned the truck, because of his refusing to do what Uhaul promised me, it cost me 45 min. I am now late to an event that important to me.
