I wish everyone was kind like the young man that gave me a truck in the morning, I was so nervous to drive the truck thinking it was Manual, I called for him to show me and even pulling the truck out of the parking lot since there was another truck parked right in the Middle and was kind of tight , I called for him again and he always comes quick kindly and helps.God bless you and keep this kindness to those who needs it .from today onwards this is my uhual point if I must rent one .

My first drop off location was 1303 e Tuscarawas and it was surrounded by crack heads in the ghetto. There was no drop off key box and there was not anyone at the business. When I called in for another location the uhaul agents were rude and the second one hung up on me. I have used uhaul over 6 times in the past couple of years and have come to expect better.

I was not able to use the uhaul. The back would not open. Called UPS, transferred me to Triple A. They opened a ticket and said they would be there within 90. After sitting in my car waiting almost 2 hours, got another text it would be another 1.5 hour. I told them I could not wait and that the 2 individuals I had waiting to drive up to cleveland could no longer wait. I rented the truck at 8 pm and received the voicemail after 2 am that the door had been frozen shut but was fixed. Over 6 hours later. So I told them just to return the truck and then I received a voicemail on Saturday I had to return the truck or it would be reported stolen. WHAT???? I never even got to use the truck. And I was out of town all weekend. Very dissapointed.

I rented a u_haul for 1 day which is 19.95 a day and went 5 mill. I got charged 100.00 in the end I think that's way to hi I'm going to despot it with my card holder my e mail is mylistatwork66@gmail.com michael rymer

The vehicle was not in good condition which is why the gas burns out so fast. It does not drive as if the maintenance is kept i.e, very loud, driving hard as in to accelerate,mirrors swivel while driving. Very poor condition will not use this location EVER again, I will go to a real uhaul location!

The owner was amazing and so accommodating! I was an hour late for pick up, because of traffic coming from Columbus. He was still in the deli, even though they were closed. He opened up anyway and helped me get my rental taken care of. I told him my situation of needing the truck to move my mom into an assisted living facility and he said he was going to pray for us that night for an easy transition day. I could tell he truly cared and was just so kind. There are good people in this world and he is definitely one of them. Beyond grateful for him and willingness to go above and beyond.

The owner was the rudest person I have ever met. He refused to change my mileage and told me if I did not like it to go somewhere else. When I brought the truck back he told me to drop the keys and get out. After I refused to leave until someone inspected the truck and verified the amount I would be charged, he call me a bitch, said "fuck you" I don't care. I then began video taping him, which I will be posting on u-tube of him cursing and flipping me off. U-Haul should not allow this man or location to represent their company.

Owner was extremely rude he would not manually scan license in said if he did not text the form I can go somewhere else. Said he turns people without phones as he refuses to scan or print more then he has too. All the trucks are in horrible shape, leaked, check engine lights on. Horrible location I recommend a survey of the location.

Bad customer service. This location should even have rentals. The man at the counter refused to put my rental on hold like customer service asked him to. When I returned the truck, because of his refusing to do what Uhaul promised me, it cost me 45 min. I am now late to an event that important to me. Honestly I should have not even been charged for all the trouble I experienced today. I would like a regional or district manager to contact me. Michael Kelley 330-257-9523.

I reserved via the uhaul app. When I checked my account later that night I seen multiple charges. The app asked what card I wanted to use. The total with even over estimated mileage shouldve been approx $41.00. I barely used any fuel. I had an additional charge from this place. The photo of my contract shows the tank was full, when in fact it was 7/8. When I returned it, I barely used any fuel, I only went 10 miles. I highly recommend this place be looked into. I highly feel they are over charging people and because of this my account is now over drawn and I will be disputing ALL charges!!!

I was overcharged and charged for insurance and they didn’t even ask me about it before I took the truck. I rented a ten foot for $19.99 and was told the last person to rent it never came back but they had a 15 foot truck but it was ?29.99. He could see we were not pleased so he gave us a dis count of 19.99. When we brought the truck back, a different guy took care of us and charged us the $39.99 and he said he already rang it up so it was too late. I still feel that they overcharged us by $25. I will never use uhaul again.

This is unacceptable I was charged for insurance I had declined and also given a dirty truck it was disgusting and oily.. my furniture got dirty from the truck and I even almost busted my butt in the back from the oily floor the cabin was dirty as well and smelt of smoke truly the worst experience ever with uhual services. And can you believe that he had the audacity to ask me to give him a good rating

Got charged for fuel after I dropped the vehicle off WITH FUEL ABOVE WHERE IT WAS LEFT AT. on top of turning the vehicle in early. Called and nothing. Was told my ticket would be sent to manager. AFTER I placed my initial reservation, I called the location who told me they didn’t even have the vehicle and that it was UHAULS job not his to let me know about it.

Their printer was not working, so I did not have the physical agreement contract with me. During drop off of the truck, the instructions said to include this contract with the return of the keys, but I did not have a copy to put in the dropbox at the dropoff location.

Better and safer trucks. People were very inconsiderate and disrespectful. The gentleman that assisted me was 30 minutes late when I was told to arrive 10 minutes prior to my rental time, put me down for 24 hours when I needed it for 6 hours, cut into my rental time and took someone who came in after me before me.

I was charged 61.25 when i had the uhaul for less than two hours. I was told my charge was 52.39 FINAL and when i looked at my card it was different. I didnt want the 14 dollar insurance he said the terms quickly i didnt know about it until the receipt came. Im very unhappy. I filled the truck back up i only went 11 miles i dont where 18 came from from 44702 in canton to 44714 also in canton.
