Customer service was the worst I have ever had. Not the location but customer service from UHAUL. I will be looking for another company after spending thousands of dollars with you. I will suggest the same to my customers and there friends and family.

Once we found the truck the experience was good. Initially booked a truck to be picked up at premier storage at Hamilton mill Ga and when we arrived they said they did not have any trucks They looked in the system and said that the pick up location had been changed late the previous day to a different store location in Buford which no one seemed to know its location, I was never informed of the change, then after speaking to Uhaul found out they did not have a truck either and they finally found a truck we could use at chateau Storage. I wasted over an hour running around trying to find a truck I had booked and you had reserved for me but it did not exist. Totally unprofessional and I will probably pick a different rental company next time.

Charged me an unnecessary charge for fuel without checking the vehicle with me while I was on site. Not happy about that additional charge

Drop off went smoothly. Directions are not that clear but it's there now. I don't know why they have me take pictures of the truck when dropping off but they don't ask for any pictures when picking up. That's why I am took a picture of the gas and mileage before I took the truck. Also why I am trying to get credit for fuel. I fueled up to a little pass when I picked it up from but they still want to up-charge me for fuel again.

New Truck. Nothing to do with the location, but the last truck I rented back in July was old and many things not working, including the mirrors would not adjust. The transmission was going out and every time I stopped, the truck would go dead. Horrible experience. This experience was great and made up for the previous experience.

Terrible app based service. Was due to pick up rental at 7:30am. Pass code was incorrect, on line chat useless and local phone number went straight to voicemail. It was 9:15am before I left. Terrible service.

The truck was dirty and had an electrical issue with the brake alarm but it drive and did what I needed to do but like Mark Rutlin’s mother said we should leave the flower garden better off than we found it so I cleaned the truck before and after I used it so the next one in line would have a clean truck to us. Hopefully others will learn to do the same. Much Blessings in others with their move, Amen

The drop off location was not the same as on the website. It took us a few minutes to realize the correct address was on the form we had. The location was not well marked. But it was clean. Attendant was unavailable at 4:30 in the afternoon. we used the drop off box to deliver the key.

This rental used was to replace a rental scheduled for Saturday. My appointment was pushed back 45 minutes and then two hours. I did not end up using the rental on Saturday. When I spoke with the owner at Chateau Storage he told me they could not help me reschedule for Monday even though they did not honor my Saturday reservation. Someone from Uhaul did reach out to me, but we were already making other arrangements to move our belongings. Not impressed UHaul

I told the lady “Danielle” that I needed the truck all day. I expected $19.95 plus .99 a mile for usage. I got charged another $100 bucks for all day. I was robbed. Probably won’t use UHaul again.

The location was good. The problem is that I reserved the truck in Dacula. It was then changed to Lawrenceville. I called and spoke to customer care. I was transferred and hung up on. I had to repeat the process. The called another Dacula location and confirmed a truck. They switched my order again. Then, a little while later, I got a text saying the truck had to be picked up in Braselton. I had to go out of my way to pick it up, costing me more money. When I arrived, I couldn't pick up the truck with my mobile so I had to call customer service again, in the dark and cold this time to finally be able to pick up the truck.
