Mark LDropped off the trailer on a Sunday, when the business was closed. But the U-Haul website clearly walked me through how to return the trailer using my iPhone. Made the return process very easy.
Benjamin AI was surprised how clean the Uhaul truck was. I even mentioned it to the guy helping me with it. Very impressed!!

ROLAND JI reserved a truck a week before, and when I got to pick it up you don't have it at the location. Then you send me to a location that's almost 20 mins out of my way to pick up a truck . Then when I go to the location, I can't return it at the original reservation location. And on top of that almost none of my info. was in yall computer system. So a quick pick up turn into, a long process. Then had to pay mileage from that location, which was completely unfair. In my opinion I should have been waved that fee because of it being u-haul mess up to begin with!

Danny BI was supposed to drop off in Jeanerette (W's U-Haul??), but location was not set up for after hours drop off. I called the phone on the sign and he said he would not open up for the drop off - it was after hours. The gate was locked with no room to leave the truck, no drop box, and the appearance of the site was very unprofessional. Looked like a auto junk yard. Get rid of that relationship!!!
WILFERD BThe 6x12 van trailer with the double doors, are a lot better then the slide up door. you should stock more of these trailers.
