Not the place I pick it up the the call I talk to to get it was very poorly and when I went to get it I waited an hour and no one called me and told me that the truck was going to be taken out for extra 2 hours on the other person I think that was very poorly and unacceptable

The truck that I paid to rent was 17 foot long but we were given a 15 foot truck.
