When I picked up my rental she did not give no information on what I needed to do to make sure my rental was picked up and returned properly, this was my first time and last at this location she was all over the place as well no real communication and it should have been

This was one of the best experiences we have had with U-Haul. Pick up was easy and smooth, such friendly customer service and an even easier drop off. For someone who has a son that moves a lot for his job we will be using U-Haul often and I hope the experience will remain the same. Thanks for taking some of the stress off our plate by making the process so easy and smooth.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the office personnel. The facility is very clean and in very good condition. There are some concerns with the floor of the unit that we rented but we will address them with the managers.

In 2.5 months, there were 3 times my code won’t work leaving me with no access. First time the lady in the office was hateful about it. The second time was a weekend so we had to wait a long time for someone to call back and to let us in. I explained it was the second time and the first time, the lady in the office was hateful and it was so… cold in the facility. Since then, it has been warmer but once again on January 18th, we were once again, not able the access the facility and had to call after hours that gave us a hard time and said we didn’t have 24hr access. Then he called back to act like I didn’t enter the right code when I clearly was.😣 so I told him I was moving completely out of the unit that day and I am requesting a pro-rated refund which I still haven’t received. Although this didn’t affect us, we noticed the elevator has been out for over a week as well! Poor all the way around and I want my refund for the horrible experience and there should be lights in the units because it was so… dark in them. Couldn’t see anything! Just horrible!!!!

Not schedule another customer at the exact time my rental is due. Also in the at least 5 times I’ve rented a Uhaul, the rental is typically all day regardless of the time indicated for your return. Aside from this, self check in was simple and the truck was in good condition.

Make sure the air conditioner is in Good working condition, especially when it's 99+ outside. Barely could feel the air blowing. Was getting more air with the windows roll down.

The location was great but not my original drop off location. The original drop off location refused to take the trailer since they claimed to have no space on their lot. It did take a while to receive my receipt from the drop off location I did end up using but overall, it still went through several hours later so it is ok.

I was re-directed 3 times to return 5x8 trailer . None of the local u-haul dealers wanted to take trailer. 2hours later and a quarter tank of gas finally found a dealer to take trailer .

Had 1 issue the whole 1 year & 6mons I was there & believe it was due to miscommunication between staff/management & time elapse. Problem resolved, staff was always super friendly. Management could learn better customer service & how to speak to customers at times, I also know it can be stressful in that position but also their the representative for that brand & not a good look when speaking to adults who pay them for a service condescendingly. Staff was always super friendly, respectful & helpful.

Fighting between U-haul and their insurance company for reimbursement because a wheel and hub came off the trailer axle during transport. I keep getting bounced back and forth between these two 'companies'. I'm looking for remedy! Buy their insurance if renting !!!!

Equipment latch was so rusty I couldn’t open the back. I had to wait to get someone to open it which resulted in my later return of trailer. This needs to be fixed prior to renting out to someone else. I am a female and did not have the strength to open nor close the trailor. The door also was difficult to move on the track.

My reservation for storage and help moving was canceled or “lost”. If it wasn’t for our Realtor, we would not have found that even though it is 40 minutes away so we could drop the truck off. It was such a nightmare! And everyone just shrugged it off.
