It did take a while to receive my receipt from the drop off location I did end up using but overall, it still went through several hours later so it is ok.

Staff was always super friendly, respectful & helpful.
Alisha S. | Overall ExperienceFighting between U-haul and their insurance company for reimbursement because a wheel and hub came off the trailer axle during transport. I keep getting bounced back and forth between these two 'companies'. I'm looking for remedy! Buy their insurance if renting !!!!

Celestine C.Equipment latch was so rusty I couldn't open the back. I had to wait to get someone to open it which resulted in my later return of trailer. This needs to be fixed prior to renting out to someone else. I am a female and did not have the strength to open nor close the trailor. The door also was difficult to move on the track.

LOLITA M.My reservation for storage and help moving was canceled or “lostâ€. If it wasn't for our Realtor, we would not have found that even though it is 40 minutes away so we could drop the truck off. It was such a nightmare! And everyone just shrugged it off.

Stephen G.Horrible overall experience as I put an online order in for a rental and for a trailer hitch install but the trailer hitch (order number 22458286) could not be fulfilled but I was still charged on my credit card and uhaul would not reimburse me as they said I was not charged, so I had to fight it with my credit card company. The online portal needs drastic improvement and the call center needs to be able to acutally provide help instead of referring you to just continue to calling someone else until you go full circle with no real help.

JAMES M.This location was wonderful and even though closed they answered our call and helped us to get our storage location set up and into. The customer service on the phone and at the other locations we were originally scheduled to return to, and store with, were not. We arrived at the original location and were told they did not have room for our truck nor did they have a storage location for us to use. Then when we were reassigned to the Wendell location and thought all was well until the original location called and reprimanded me Sunday for not returning the truck to them. After explaining it all to them they hung up on me.
