Danny LOverall, the experience was nice and easy. However, the Uhaul place needs to ensure that the cab of the Uhaul vehicles and the back of the vehicles need to be checked and cleaned once returned. If the Uhaul vehicle has not been cleaned before and after then they need to make sure it has been done before it is rented by a new customer.

Rosayln BA little better customer service would be helpful. It didn't seem a priority to rent out this equipment. I was instructed to go on the lot and find my trailer and hook it up myself. Had to call for assistance in picking up the trailer tongue because it was laying on the ground with no support. Seemed to be a hassle for someone to come out and assist.

Elesha QThere needs to be jacks at the locations. My husband went to pick up the trailer and there was no Jack to assist him, and no worker to assist him. Luckily he was able to pick up the 6x12 trailer on his own! But I can’t imagine what I would have done had I gone to pick it up on my own.

Victoria HThe truck was very nasty It had trash in it from a previous use and the cup holders were filled with a brown liquid. Everything felt sticky. I had to clean it out. I really needed the truck so I did what I had to do.

Tammy BI used the 24/7 pick up and drop off and there is an apparent problem with the drop off process. I returned the truck the same day that I picked it up, but it charged me for another day of rental fees. I contacted Uhaul and Michael, the area field manager had the charges credited back on my credit card. The truck was nice, clean and mechanically sound and worked perfectly for my needs. Overall a good experience, but they need to address this issue, which they know is causing problems with the drop off process.

EDWIN SYou're Cheraw location is not nearly as friendly and helpful as the Williamsburg office. They're not ugly to you but they do not seem to be that glad to see you. They process your paperwork and do what is required, but they don't make you feel like you are a valued customer.

John AWaited 1 1/2 hours for a uhaul person to show up and get the keys. Scheduled pick up 10am. She showed up at 11:30. We needed a dolly. No dolly! We requested 1 dozen blanket pads. There was none! They finally found 4 blanket pads. I had to go into my storage locker and find my own quilts to use. I am no happy with this uhaul location!!

tommy dI had ordered a dolly and I didn't get one. Some Trash was still in the truck when I got it. But the man who gave me my documents was nice. Days earlier, I talked to a regional U-Haul representative who told me she was going to upgrade my truck, but it didn't happen. She told me she would give me 50 free miles and I had to tell the man that. He gave me the miles and took $10 off of my bill when I didn't get the dolly. The regional representative and the man at the pick-up place should have communicated about my order.
