don't charge a cleaning fee until the truck has been inspected by the people who rent the truck out. we cleaned the truck inside both the cabin and back and still got charged a cleaning fee.

Joseph D.Only recommendation would be to keep up the great work, and to keep a tight grip on reasonable prices. However there was a location change 3 times which I found to be a bit of a challenge. So, adapting to the changes I was still able to complete my task in good time.

Then I was charged for a dolly which was even in the truck if I wanted to use it. total rip off. I requested a refund but nothing. No communication. Very disappointing.

Anna S.The only difficulty we had in obtaining the vehicle was when signing off on the agreement there are two agreements scrolling down and then checking off the boxes this had to be done five times before the agreement went through it was very frustrating and took up an extra 30 minutes of a valuable time frame Other than that it was great to be able to pick up the vehicle on a weekend when the facility was closed easy enough instructions online but maybe the instructions could be posted at the facility near the vehicles in case the person has an issue with there cell phone just a suggestion

Thomas M.Joe ( I think is his name) handled my reservation there. Uhaul was unable to have a truck for me at my reserved time. The regional office had poor customer service and had a very nonchalant attitude. I was able to work things out with the Bellingham location and am forever grateful for their wonderful customer service.
Susan M.This was the worse U-haul experience that I have ever had. Ordered furniture pads and there were none in the vehicle for me. Vehicle was filthy inside and out, including the dirty, used covid mask that was thrown on the floor. Called U-Haul and complained and was told that a supervisor would call me but that never happened. When I returned the truck, online stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. I will no longer use U-Haul and will let friends and family know about my experience.

Kevin L.I would not recommend Uhaul to a friend because it was a terrible experience. It is not the fault of Charles Tire & Service. It was Uhaul's issues.
Christine D.U-Haul sent me an email saying that I had not returned the equipment, long after I had returned the equipment over 2 hours early. I responded and U-Haul never responded or apologized for this offence. I believe it may have happened because Charlie's was closed when we returned it, but that did not make it any less offensive. I do not blame Charlie's for this. I blame U-Haul and believe that I am still owed an apology.
