I wish it were easier to see when driving by and that instructions for drop off were a bit more clear. Would prefer if there was an actual person to drop the keys off to instead of a box with a sign, but I understand that's not always possible. I still think it would've made our drop off a little easier.

It took me almost 2 hours but I got the truck then when I left there put my stuff in it to the house put myself in the truck that's a baton Rouge and unload the truck and then put brought the truck back on airline gas and then you went and charge my account $37 is on after I had to wait so long for the truck thank you Patricia Brown
Patricia BI will never rent a truck again remotely. It was the worst experience ever. Took me over 2 hours with someone helping me on the phone to get the truck keys. The utility dolly wasn't in the truck. This made moving very difficult and took much longer to move everything than if we had had it. It had turned dark by the time I got the key and was in a remote area. Not safe for me being a woman. I will give a google review and at this point it won't be good. I'm very dissatisfied with U-Haul at this time. Also had to keep calling trying to get a credit for the utility dolly. I doubt I'll ever use your service again and I've been renting U-Haul on and off for over 45 years

Phil ANeed friendlier worker's. Most just seem to have a bad attitude and can't deal with customers. The lady at the Jackson St. Site is very rude,she extended someone's reservation and so it took our reservation away.. This lady was not accommodating, and was like screw your reservation. Never tried to fix her error. The woman at St. Mary location seemed aggravated cause we interrupted her .
Brian LWent to turn in my truck at 12(2 hours before my allotted time) but no one was there . I dropped off my keys and my contract in the drop box outside their office. I was later charged a late fee and when I called they told me I should have knocked on the "camper" instead of their office because they were in there.
Devonne PSaid open 9-5. wasn't open at 9:15, the uhaul self check out couldn't find my location. The lady just came out of her camper in the back with her coffee and cigarette in hand while she watched me struggle with the self checkout before finally telling me that she'd take care of it.
Jeremiah JWhen it was time to return it no one was there. Tried calling no answer. tried to return it online fought with that for almost 10 minutes. come to find out the site was down for scheduled servicing. I parked and drop the key after trying to call one more time with no success.

Eric EI went to drop off the trailer and no one was there. There was a sign if no one is in the office to knock on the door of the trailer out back. I did that and no answer. I called the phone number listed on the office door. No answer. I went back in the afternoon and finally there was a person there.

Bonnie BJust verify all safety components are present (hook on safety tow chain was missing) after a unit is returned to the location so the following renter does not have to make adjustments. I was able to install a small bolt through the chain links to attach the chain from trailer to the truck hitch. It all worked great!!!

Alaycia WImprove the lock situation on truck in which it was extremely hard to open. It took approximately 45 minutes to open. The area where the truck was located was very dark. No lights at all. It was hard to inspect truck damages.

Ruth GI would certainly recommend Charlies Self Storage but please note that my first attempt to rent this trailer was from the Auto Center on St. Patrick's Hwy in Thibodaux. The person at the Auto Center was rude and not very helpful. She acted as if I had no business asking for my towing package to be inspected when U Haul specifically sent me a note to do so. After her rudeness, I went to Charlies Self Storage and was met with a completely welcoming attitude.
Terry LI had called another uhaul place in Houma on west tunnel Blvd. The person I spoke with was rude and did not want to give much info. He just directed me to fill out what I needed online. But this lady was very eager to help me. She set everything up for me over the phone.
Kayla LI explained to the owner that I never used uhaul equipment before. She stated just go outside and turn the square on the trailer. Did not even leave the office to make sure equipment was good.
