The original drop off location I was given was closed. I had to drive another 10 miles to another place. The second location was a restaurant parking lot!!! There wasn’t anyone around to assist, since the restaurant was closed. Why don’t you staff facilities?

Nobody was there even if they were supposed to be opened but the Uhaul application online is excellent

It's just hard to do things online and not seeing a person to talk too. But I guess things are going to be like that.

I am so glad I used this location. The process went very smoothly. Paige was very pleasant, prompt ,knowledgeable ,and conscientious .Working with her eased any nervousness about the process . It may be helpful to have a larger screen , like an iPad,for her to work with . The size and sun on the screen was a challenge that seemed to be easily fixed .

It took nearly an hour to leave with my truck because this location is a restaurant and the employee kept putting me off or interrupting me to take food orders or talk to regular customers. She also couldn't get the computer system to work to send me the email. But the worst part was that I did not originally book this location. I booked a truck near my place 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE and 24 hours before pickup a hillbilly woman calls me and says she doesn't have a truck there for me. After being on hold forever, the main scheduling department told me this place was my only option. 40 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE. UHaul in SC is a joke. I will never book again. Penske gets allmy business from here on out.
