Drop off was the worst I ever seen had me go to 3 different locations and customers service was horrible also she said she spoke to are second drop off went there they were closed and then sent me to another location never again NEVER 👎
Bill LFYI, the cup holder broke as I set a cup of coffee in it. No burns, but what a mess. Definitely needs to be replaced.

John CI had no problem with this location, the problem is uhaul service. We reserved a truck, then uhaul emailed not available. Then we need to drive out of town ( longer distance) to get a a truck . We had reservations for a 20 and received a 26. ( So wrong truck) then drive back to our town. We then we're given a further location form our drop off. Beacuse of uhaul. Then you charge me for extra mileage cause my reservation got screwed up??!?!? First and last experience with uhaul.. Shame on you
Nic SOne of the tire straps on the auto transport was frayed, shorter, and quite worn. It definitely should be replaced.

Jason ODealing with the phone app is awful, and trying to get assistance by phone should not take an extra hour and a half to be able to just check out or check in equipment. The desktop website was a horrible experience, also. I shouldn't have to pay these outrageous prices for equipment that doesn't have a driver's door close properly, or USB ports to charge a phone in case I need to call roadside assistance if chance of a breakdown.
Lawrence FIf I don't reserve hand cart or blankets please remove them from the truck for more space.
Laurie SCLEAN CAB THOROUGHLY!!! ASHTRAYS REMOVED. SMELL OF SMOKE PERMEATED INTERIOR OF THE CAB.......!!!! FOUL SMELL OF OLD CIGARETTE SMOKE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. MOVING IS DIFFICULT ENOUGH WITHOUT DEALING WITH NAUSEA DUE TO AGED CIGARETTE SMOKE !!!!

Rebecca SEquipment was available as promised and ready to go. The only issue we had was the auto transport trailer brake and turn signal lights did not work. We did not notice this until we had the truck and trailer home but called Uhaul Roadside Assistance and “Eric” was very helpful getting the repair completed, a blown fuse.
Mark NBoth headlights were bound down with zip ties... when I called the breakdown line; they sent a tech over to assess the damages and the next day they wanted me to take truck to the same place that came out and told me they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the parts... mind you; my truck was 3/4th loaded that morning...

Cherilyn HPeshtigo location was good. Trailer was well used. Personnel were very good except for not being notified that I needed a 5.5 drop down receiver. The Trailer was bouncing horrible. I went to a repair shop and purchased the correct receiver. Now it was safe to pull. Not enough tie downs or usable ones. Missing padded rails.

eric lwas told to drop off in ocloca MI. drove there then told to back track and drop off 19 miles away. Got to that location and waited almost 20 minutes for service. I use uhaul often. not any more
