Person working didn't know lock code. Truck was in bad shape when I picked it up and had to spend almost an hour driving to another location to get a different one.Christopher V.
When I originally made the appt, I wanted it to be in person because I have never used this company before. The morning of, it was switched to online check-in. Upon arrival the truck was padlocked and the code that was supposed to be sent to me was not. The app and the website were not working for me and I had to call customer service where they also did not understand what the issue was and couldn't figure it out. An hour later and a reset of the app and we were finally able to use it. Due to this, I am requesting some type of reimbursement because we could not use the truck for the first hour it was rented due to an error on U-Haul's behalf.Carsen A.

This location was horrible. The place is in a sketchy part of town and there were no directions as to how to proceed. Additionally, I originally booked a pick up location 7 miles from my home in order to limit my mileage usage. The morning of my rental, I was informed that my pick up location has been changed to a location **15 miles** away from my home. This means that half of my mileage usage for the rental would be consumed just to get back to my home. I ended up paying additional mileage fees due to Uhaul changing my reservation.Mason C.
