I rate this facility very poor. First of all I received a contract that I could not sign. Upon not signing the contract I was not given an access code to get into the facility. I arrived with a U-Haul full of stuff and could not unload it. I had also paid an unloading crew to help me. We were all sitting outside, calling the facility to get the access code in which I never receive. So I was never able to move into this facility, although I had paid for it so at the very last minute I had to search for another facility to unload my daughter’s things. I was told that someone would call me to straighten out the issue. It has been four days and no one has called me, so yes, I write this facility very poor with customer service very poor in the way. It looks very poor in the accessibility I am a very dissatisfied customer

I had a great experience here! Both the move-in and move-out process were easy. I will definitely try to rent from them again if I need a storage space in the future.

This facility worked perfectly to store my daughter’s things from her apartment at UNC over the summer. Easy to access. Terrific online communication.

Went during advertised open hours to pay for and access unit, location was closed down with no attendant. Called to solve the problem, was never contacted in response.

We did not rent the unit as the office was not open when advertised. We went to Eubanks Rd at 1:30 on Sunday. We have now changed our plans. Please cancel this reservation.
