Truly deplorable. Nobody working there, broken signs and more than one car with flat tires permanently parked there. I honestly did not feel safe leaving my car there. Plus the truck door didn’t shut safely. Would not recommend to anyone.

Daejuanna BranfordThere was on one that represented the uhaul company. The auto mechanic looked at me like he didn't know what I talking about to rent the truck. Then a man came out who was rude and said we do online and walked away. For a customer that had never booked I was standing there asking I just can't get it with you as I have done at many locations. The truck was dirty and had no gas so after trying to find someone to help because I did it.outside on line was like a game of cat amd mouse. Finally he came back out and said put gas in there and I will give you a 45.00 credit if u leave on 1/4 tank when bringing back we did. However when I got the final bill they only gave a 22.00 credit with 1/8 on my receipt. I took a picture took. I DIDNT GO BACK TO DISPUTE because the place was so unprofessional. I spoke with a rep name Kimberly and she told me I had to back to the location and I just didn't want to be bother it again but I will never go back or recommend. They Need to do better.
