My reservation disappeared a couple of times and I had to keep repeating my information. It was frustrating because I was hot and breathing was difficult while wearing a mask. I had also expressed wanting the truck one way. I didn't pursue that issue because the check in was so lengthy. Now U-Haul got $162. That was too much.Celena R.

I was with this until since 2009 and I mate so many nice people. I had some good times with Terry which was there during the last years I rented. The rent got way out of hand for me to pay and just kept going up. The people was great and never gave me any problems and was helpful when I NEEDED them to make me feel happy but as I said the rent was just too high. I Rented a van for 5 hours and returned it to the store five hours later. The Manager on duty accepted the key to be checked out. She stated they would email me my receipt. Two days later I received my emailed receipt and noticed that I was charged for two extra days for the rental and charged two days insurance. I stated to the employee on duty and he stated that it was not their duty to refund me for their mistake and I had to contact customer service for their mistakeâ€¦â€¦.Donald M.

Everything did turn out fine, but it was stressful when I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office or over the phone for days at a time. I was stressing for nothing, as everything went through online just fine, but if there are adjusted hours, maybe it could be posted on the door for the week so we know when to come back (or call) if we need to talk to someone in person. I know everyone is short-staffed, and like I said ,everything did turn out fine in the end! Thank you!AMANDA E.

Although they take care of the property the actual contract was... They told me I had the one free month with U-Haul when I called from out of State, but when I actually got here they changed their mind. I was told the reason was other people wanted the unit, They wouldn't even pro rate my unit... Why did I pay for a whole month when. I only stayed 2 weeks... Destiny at the Loganville location actually set everything up for us. Then, our pick-up location was changed to Grayson. However, destiny was the one that we dealt with, and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating.GEORGE L.

Reserved a truck from a location 2 minutes away from my apartment 3 weeks in advance. At 6:00 the night before I was supposed to pick up the truck, I got a notification saying that my truck reservation has been moved to a location 1 hour away from my apartment. I then proceeded to spend the next two and a half hours trying to resolve the issue over the phone and on the Uhaul website, which it never did. Driving to the pick up location and back added an unexpected 2 additional hours of travel to my day at the very last minute, on a day that I was already planning on traveling for 8 hours. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the way this was handled.Kenneth A.

The truck drove like it had transmission issues. I had to pull over twice to let it reset so I could drive it without the engine reving high. The $29 rental for 32 miles ended up costing $112. I will do something different next time. They make it where you have to get the insurance otherwise you have to pay for the trucks downtime if it gets a flat tire. There was no one there when I turned the truck in, so I could not get my receipt or discuss the charges. I put gas in the truck and the charged me for gas anyway.Darsha E.

The system was down at the time I picked up my vehicle but the clerk was great. She had to put it in manually. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She made sure I got on the road in a timely manner. It was a pretty good experience. I even ran over my time I was supposed to have the vehicle and I was able to drop the keys off even though the office was closed. I was charged 2 days extra instead of one day. We did not have the truck an extra 2 days. We had it extra from 10am-6pm. It was not 2 days. We were definitely taken advantage of. I brought the truck to the drop off location at 5:55pm and the lady said they would check me in the next morning because they closed at 6pm clearly she waited and charged us extra!RAY M.

The truck that we rented didn't have any cold air conditioning and the handle for the window was broken. Had to drive it in 97 degree temperature for several hours dripping in sweat the way!!! Not fun!!ðŸ¥µALEX M.

Picked up truck after hours via mobile app. Truck was almost blocked in. Hard to get out. Ordered a dolly. No dolly in the truck. I had to drive there the following morning to pick up the dolly. That added to/from miles for my trip and added more gas money. Very disappointed. Never again U-Haul.Brian D.
