We use the trailer less than 24 hours and they still charge me for two days. I tried to reach out to the business. We got the U-Haul from went straight to voicemail. I left a message and he never called back. He did it on purpose and knows what he’s doing. Trying to get extra money cheap guy revoke his uhaul license.

Update the Google address for Google maps to the correct lot. Was worried you were closed or I had the wrong address, which I did. Other than that, the service was superb.

Pedro RI was towing a STOCK Jeep Wrangler with STOCK tires and the tie down straps were to short. I didn’t find this out until Sunday and the place I rented the car hauler trailer was closed. I was able to call Uhaul, and they told me to go 20 miles away and buy extension straps. They did work. I should of been notified that the straps may not fit larger truck tires. Two of the tires on the trailer were bald, but it still made the 1600 mile trip with out an issue.

Kevin RThis address does not house the trucks, there is another lot a multiple streets over that houses the trucks in a lot. There was no dolly to help move furniture as promised, and the truck was absolutely filthy on the driver's side. I did not choose this location initially, either. I was moved to this Rockdale location from a Joliet location. I would never recommend anyone pick up from this location again. It was difficult to find and the addresses did not match up, which is dangerous to a woman driving alone, which is what happened to my girlfriend. This entire venture was irresponsible and potentially dangerous.

John GThat enclosed 6x12 trailer really needs a jack on it, it's way too hard to pick it up and do anything with it by yourself. Almost hurt myself a couple of times putting it on the hitch. I had to leave it on the ground when I dropped it off because I simply didn't have the strength to pick it up and place that weird stand thing under it

Greg sRental experience was great. Trailer description was misleading though. There’s a choke point at the trailer entrance of 4’ 9”. The description describes it as a ramp width of 4’ 9” and the trailer is described as being 6’ wide. You got me good UHaul.

Steven SIt was Chamblees that i have a problem with the actual U-Haul customer service was horrendous.....i rented a truck closer to my house 3 weeks in advance online and i needed it for a week and 3 days before i picked it up to move my entire house and livelihood scheduling called me and said they dont have the avalibilty to rent me a truck anywhere for 7days after battling for 15min they moved it around and found a 26' for 4 days at chamblees in rockdale as i hung up the phone the very rude "regional manager" mumbled "your not getting my truck that long" which is absolutely ridiculous so i bit my tounge so i wouldnt have further problems and if the availability isnt there for these trucks why the hell would you make more than "4" days an option, so i picked it up and had to rush to get stuff done then today i was sheduled to return the truck at 4:45pm chamblees called me and explained that the truck was booked for 1pm and he needed it back luckily i was done and he explained he didnt know why uhaul did that because they can see the sheduling when the do it but low and behold they still managed to screw it up and make me more stressed than i already was with uprooting my entire life and unpacking it somewhere else i dont know what schduling department takes care of central illinois but they absolutely suck and i will never use uhaul ever again and will steer everyone i can away from them.....now i know why they were cheaper than everyone else you get what you pay for

Antwone SI rented a trailer from this location. When I got there the trailer was blocked in by another truck. It took 35 mins for someone to come out and move it because they didn't have the key. Waste of my time. The tires on the trailer were also dry rotted. Not exactly what you want to be towing a car with. Would recommend going to another other location over this one
