He couldn't explain the contract. He couldn't tell me the price . He couldn't explain different drop off locations or options for the return. He didn't care about saving me any money

Make the app easier to use for picking up the vehicle. Should have asked for my pictures and contact before I even arrived at the location not wait till the last second. Took me 30 min to go thru the process and get the keys!

Drop off was in someone’s yard out in front of their shop. It was muddy and very limited parking. I was afraid I was going to get my vehicle stuck or bust a tire when I drove in to pick up my husband.

He was extremely helpful in explaining charges, and what was expected in the return of the truck. Will return to this location if I ever need to use U-Haul in the future! Great place to do business. Very pleased with my experience.
