JANICE CThe location itself was pretty sketchy. It’s an old, locally owned, run down car shop but the guy running it was pretty nice. The one real qualm I had was when he left to make sure the truck had the furniture and utility dollies we asked for, he never came and got us to let us know it was ready so we waited 25 mins and finally went to go find him only for him to hand over the keys like he was waiting on US! Other than that, the truck wasn’t all the way cleaned out…and we found some interesting things inside…I’m just glad by chance we didn’t get pulled over!
Brianna KTruck was dirty in the cab as well as the box was covered in debris. I had borrow a broom to clean out the box before loading… waiting to load while locating the necessary cleaning tools since I was not loading at my home. I have called and filed a complaint but no response yet.

Amber BI payed for a dolly and did not get one. Making my moving 10 times harder but did not have time to wait for opening to get one. Thanks for nothing at this location. Truck was left unlocked also.
Keith PThe app was a bit clunky. If you waited too long while trying to follow the instructions it would make you start over completely. I was initially a bit confused as well as the tow dolly I rented was not the same model as the one in the GIF instructions.
