Huge improvements needed in your app.
Robert H.Allow in person check ins. This is the only 24/7 location in town but it requires to use the mobile check in, however, this town has terrible mobile service for most carriers. It took over and hour and multiple people had to talk to customer service multiple times just to make it through the check in process. Not quick and easy at all.
Gabriel A.The only inconvenience I experienced was navigating through the Uhaul website and being able to check in. I had to call customer service 3 different times when the issue should've been fixed the first call.
