Shitty van, weird location, waited 20 min to pick up the van, no initial inspection any on top of that, lots of surprise fees on the final invoice, which doubled the total. It'll be fixed but a lot of hassles.Francis G.

Ce que vos employÃ©s me dise Ã la centrale sur la facturation et ce que je reÃ§oit par courriel ne correspond pas. Il n'est pas question que je paie plus que l'estimation initiale soit autour de 60$. Price was higher than expected. The app didn't function in any case. The truck was parked in a way I had to squeeze it out of there without hitting anything. Very disappointed. Even tho it has been charged on the card I still haven't received invoiceALAIN P.

I was really disappointed to have to pick up the truck in Laval when I had reserved at a service station near my home in St-Eustache. First of all, it wastes us time and second, it increases mileage.You should confirm the rental location when booking the truck to avoid inconvenience. In addition, my confirmation said that we could pick up the truck at 8 a.m., but the garage only opened at 9 a.m. So we had to wait more than an hour outside, because we where a long distance from our home. Finally, they didn't have the dolly we had booked.Jean L.

I was not called to notify me that the pickup location has changed. I moved to the location set in the confirmation I received by email and was surprised that the office did not have my reservation. I had ordered 24 blankets and a dolly, when I got there, was told they don't carry any kind of supplies (even though your web site and your customer service said different). I had to go several kilometers to another UHaul store. It was inconvenient as when I was returning, I, first return the supplies to one UHAUL, then drive to leave the truck in another. As to the processing of fuel and mileage, the person who knew what to do was not there, the man they said they didn't know when he would be back, but would completed billing process when he came and would send me an email to me. Which I received today, two days later. Every on the billing looks ok. But the extra mileage to get the blankets and dolly, I don't feel I shud be charged for. En rÃ©servant, quelques jours avant, j'avais demandÃ© un charriot pour meuble. Au site de location, ils n'avaient pas de charriot. Il me semble que le site de rÃ©servation aurait pu vÃ©rifier si tout l'Ã©quipement commandÃ© et rÃ©servÃ© Ã©tait disponnible au site de location. Merci de me lire SergeSerge D.

The uhaul app was HORRIBLE and added to stress. App doesn't work when uploading pictures for self verification - lots of bugs. When I called customer service because the app didn't work during the pickup time, I got transferred when the agent multiple times and nobody resolved my issue.Mohammed Awal M.

They changed the pick-up location the day before, without a call or anything. Insted of 3km away, the location was 20km far. Wont rent again with you, always something like this happensMaxime C.
