Invitation to survey was in French/English but survey is only in English. U-Haul app is garbage. Couldn't pickup or return truck with app (Android version).

Ensure that the location has qualified/knowledgeable UHaul representative when providing confirmed reservations for a specific time. It took about 45 minutes to receive the keys to my rented truck even though I used the 24/7 truck share service and did everythig on my phone beforehand.

The personnel was very helpful, but a bad location for me to get to from the Ottawa airport. Very inconvenient with less than 24 hours notice of where I originally had plans to pick up U Haul. Then I had to go to another location to pick up blankets, I also had to take a friend with me to get me there and explain things to me from French to English.
