We were told to call a number when we got into Montreal but the number went to a voice mailbox that was full, and the message was all in French which we did not understand. We subsequently tried to call over the next 2-3hrs as we unloaded the truck and no answer. Also, no one answered the number at the the location number on Google so we had no one to contact when the battery to the truck died. It made for a very stressful end to our long trip. The one bonus was the person who took the truck from us was VERY helpful and understanding. His kindness was very much appreciated.Rithy-Raymond B.

We were able to make the return pretty easily by dropping the keys off. However there was no one there to actually help us or answer any questions. Was pretty strange for a auto dealership. We ended up getting instructions via a ring doorbell to drop our keys off in the box and that they would be back in a few hours to verify.Zarif S.
I wasted a lot of time when I came to pickup the truck because I had to upload my driving license with my phone. I think that this could have been done before from my computer or my phone so everything would have been ready.Alain B.

At first, I did a garanted reservation at auto Bernier who advised me at 8pm by text message that my reservation was on repair and I wouldn,t have my truck at 8 am as promised. No call. I had to call myself to have update and provide help to find another truck. When we arrived at the truck (12h30), the guy at the facility told me that I was lucky because he wasn't supposed to be there and I wouldn,t be able to get the truck otherwise. I asked for the 50$ garanty reimbushment and he couldn't tell me how to get it. I'm really desapointed by this rent. Also, I asked for 6 blanket and there were only 5 in the sealed carriage...Patricia T.

I was charged for utility dolly I haven't request or use. After driving less than 700 meters from the pick up location the gas indicator showed up that the level of fuel is low.Jimuel C.

My comments aren't for the locations themselves, but with UHaul overall. Both the pick up and the drop off locations that I had selected online were changed on me last minute. I would have thought that a company like UHaul would have better track of what equipment would be available at which location.Mitchell F.

the automated system for unlocking the vehicle is not user friendly. I did not receive a proper explanation regarding setting up an online account. Luckily the agent at Centre Auto Carland came to help me before his opening hours.Mounir S.
