Chris NThere was confusion about the gas when I returned the truck after hours, resulting in me being over charged for the fuel, despite having put in more gallons than the estimated fuel usage chart reflected (ie drove 22 miles put in 4 gallons, which still showed less than 1/2 a tank, but was charged over $20).

carri mWe need to dispute the charges the fuel was not totally full at the time of the rental. We returned the truck same fuel when we got it and we’re over charged for the fuel , we need to dispute this. Location 87th st in Daly City . Pls help .415 654-1973

Raphael PI went to image auto body first and the combination didn’t work. I was there over a hour but the agent was very good and changed locations for me. I had to catch Uber at the first location then the second. Not happy with no one at image auto body to help on a Saturday. Bad business practice. Saturday is probably the busiest day to rent a Uhaul and no one at the location 👎🏽

Sahand SVery poor check in and out experience. I was standing in the middle of the parking lot for 15+ mins waiting for an “approval” in order to get the key. No phone number to call just “waiting”. Then some one called Tasha responded with a demand of “another contact” or passport or a rental lease agreement for verification. I’ve provided another contact for the self checkout process. How many do you need? Just one more. Why didn't the system just tell me to put in TWO contacts in the first place but had someone to tell me get another person on board in the last minute when I was standing in the middle of the parking lot waiting? Otherwise you think I got my passport or other rental agreement handy for a U-Haul truck? Half an hour wasted. Then the return process was a nightmare. The process got stuck in the middle of sending photos. Now what? Is it done? Should I wait for someone? It kept saying “internal errors have occurred”. Another half an hour wasted. No, I won’t recommend U-Haul anymore until there’s absolutely no other options available.

Lori SI walked in and reserved a moving van a week prior to the pickup date. When I arrived the van was as not available. What’s the point of reserving when they do not provide what they promised. Very disappointing.
