The truck that was provided had a bad battery that caused TWO breakdows before UHaul roadside service finally had the battery replaced, costing me a great deal of time. None of the supplies I paid for were provided. I had to pick up using the UHaul app, and it was a nightmare. Freezing in cold New England weather with constant 25mph winds blowing, and the app refused to recognize me from a selfie, and insisted then that I then had to upload passport pictures, contact info, etc., again, all the while freezing to the point I could barely feel my fingers anymore. I eventually had to call Uhaul support to get approval so I could claim my rental. It was beyond ridiculous.
Donald MaddoxI had no idea this was a Uhaul place. When I went to look up the name I was unable to find it in my reservations. I also was not very sure where a good place to park was.
Andrea OlenchakI originally reserved the truck to pick it up in Massachusetts and return it in Connecticut. I was told on the website that the original price was for keeping the truck for two days. I returned the truck within the two days, but was charged another $40 for “one extra day”! So, the original price was a lie, and it was only good for one day. I’ll reconsider using Uhaul next time.

KEVIN CELLAWe initially booked a Truck at UHaul's, Uptom Massachusetts facility but we received a call from the Upton facility 24 hours before we were do to pick up our vehicle telling us they did not have our truck and had transferred us to the Southboro location which was further away. Upton supposedly gave us extra miles in compensation. When we arrived at Southboro we discovered they did not have covers which we had paid for when booking through Upton. It would have been nice to have this information before hand, because we were on schedule to meet our Extra Help, leaving no time to go by some covers for our furniture. Fortunately do to the great care our Extra Help provided we sustained no damage. The issue with the covers was the fault of the Upton facility. We have no issue with Southboro.
