Centermart was excellent. However, this was after we spent 2 hours at the White Bear Lake location. Where no keys were in any of the lock boxes and no one answering the phones. I will never be using Uhaul again because of the White Bear Lake location.Glenn I.

Maintain your vehicles. This uhaul was not safe to drive, being I was experienced with a CDL I knew how to handle it. A tire could have blown at any give. Moment, disappointed I had to pay full price for a vehicle lacking in stability.Jake T.

We booked the trailer weeks prior to our p/u date. We chose a different/more convenient location. We were notified a couple days score our move that the p/u location had changed. At p/u the trailer lights didn't work and my husband asked them to get a different trailer for us. Their solution was to drive 30+ miles to yet another location. My husband was able to troubleshoot and identify the connection was faulty. They changed it out and we were on our way. Throughout the ordeal and when asked to fix the problem the staff said, We're not UHaulâ€Jill C.

The truck had transmission issues. What a dog. Good thing I only put 15 miles on it. The gas gauge looked like it was on full when picked up. I only put 15 miles on it. While pumping gas I stopped at 3.8 gallons. It would have taken more but really? 4 gallons of gas for 15 miles. Dump the truck!!!Jonathan F.

First it was covered in snow and ice and in a three foot snow drift! I couldn't even reach the windshield so I had to call someone to help me and they never offered. The tank of gas was not full when I got it and they charged me anyways. And they charged me an after hours service fee when I clearly picked up and dropped off during business hours.Sara C.

We have absolutely no negative issues with either of the locations. We do however, have several complaints about the booking process, the rudeness of the reservation people, being told on the phone that we will be able to get the trailer 20 minutes from our home only to have to go more than an hour away and at a different time of the day. Very rude customer service personnel in reservations, especially the people in charge. You need some competition and maybe you'd be more respectful of the customer.NANCY K.

When I picked up the unit person in the store at me hook it up on my car and then he would come and check it if I thought was rude and if a person didn't know what they were doing and if they were not strong enough to carry the trailer it would be very difficult. When I returned it the person said unhook it and I said I wasn't very good at backing it up so he said unhook it and push it back into the slot! I just had back surgery and it was a very heavy trailer I imagine if it was a regular enclosed trailer that it would have even been heavier! I would think that the center would provide that service as far as taking the trailer off of my car! And they should push the trailer back in the spot if required.Michael S.

Could just be me, and my experiences with other rental companies. But when I picked up the trailer, I was told to lift and hook up the trailer myself. First time I have not had the rental company do the work and make sure everything was correct. Myself, with a bad hip, I was a bit put off by this. Based on this factor alone, I will rent from someone else.BRIAN C.

The location is really good and the employees were awesome. however uhaul representatives suck to work with and are really rude. I would not recommend anyone rent with uhaul again. I've never had such a horrible rental experience with renting equipment in my life and if it wasn't for me being in need of a truck so I can move before i go into labor I would have never kept my reservation and would have just taken multiple loads.Angelea F.

We were able to book our uhaul at 8am. When we arrived to get it there was a sign saying they went to a wedding and would be back at 8:30. No one arrived till 9. It was very frustrating because we had people waiting to help us move.Max G.

You need to change the number you send out on self-checkout for the lockbox. I ended up having to go inside to get the right number. ( you say 1002 and it is 1001) .
