Allen LI had the WORST experience ever. I am a single mom moving states limited on funds . I had picked up a truck wasn't clean. After using this truck I made sure I put the gas in it and returned it a day ahead of schedule. U-Haul charged me outrageously! Said I went over on miles, wasn't true! They also charged me for having it an extra day when I returned it ahead of time, I paid a cash deposit and 5 days later I still haven't seen my deposit. They left me high and dry! Taking money from a single mom just trying to make ends meet is beyond me !!! They are quick to take your money but not very fast at making things right or getting the refund back in time. This has cause so much trouble with my funds being limited I really depends on my deposit back in cash like I gave them. Here it is 5 days later and I still don't have money. I had to get loans and what not to try make end meet cause my refund still isn't seen on my end . I never got any resolution from this company they still have my deposit and refuse to give it to me. I've been stranded on the side of road cause I had no gas due to U-Haul not refunding my money in a timely manner .
sacha aI prefer renting this location. The other one here in Rock Springs Wyoming the staff is rude. Have never had problems renting at center street location.

Doris BRenting this U haul was the worst experience we have had using moving trucks. Absolutely ridiculous! Canceled our truck 2 days before we move 1000 miles, being told a new moving truck was going to be in a specific town(after we begged someone to help us) when there WASN’T, driving 8 hours to pick a 3rd promised truck, and that truck having NO GAS! Ugh.. Never will we use Uhaul again or tell friends and family to use it.

Amity HBoth dealerships in Rock Springs closed prior to their listed close times which unfortunately led to me having to stay in a hotel for an additional night. The staff was helpful when I ended up making contact with them and they were able to help me get on the road after the weekend.

Andrew WI rented on a Sunday for a few hours and the check-in and check-out process through the app was super easy. I also got a call from the store prior to my rental to confirm details. The person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.

mary wThe 6 x 12 cargo trailer I reserved to pick up at 9 am was not there. They called the person who was supposed to turn it in and they would not be bringing it in until 1:00 pm. Created a real problem for me. But staff called the 2 other UHaul locations and sourced a 5 x 9 flat bed with ramp which actually turned out better for me.

Levi WThis is more of a complaint about the Uhaul reservation system. We reserved the smallest enclosed trailer and a day before were told it was not going to be available nor the next size off. Even worse was that they wanted to charge us more than the original trailer size we wanted. This has happened to us many times where we "reserve" a trailer and it's not really reserved. At the very least, call it something else like first come first serve and don't even bother with doing reservations since it's truly not a reservation.
