Extremely unprofessional, she didn’t know how to handle the situation and I ended up being over charged and joe I have to call the 2800 number to fix it? This experience made me never want to use U-Haul again. I’ve never gone through this before and I will not be going though it again.

Rob Jwood rails on inside of trailer were broken off so there was no place to tie down and secure load
joyce mDrop off address was incorrect. Had a lady there that was no help with the drop off. Fortunately some guy showed up to unhook the trailer.

Rob KWas sent here for truck after place truck was reserved at did not have one. Got here at 501pm and apologized for being a minute late because we passed it but was told by woman she couldn't help me because she had to get her son from daycare in Champion. Spoke with Uhaul and we given $50 credit for reservation guaranteed. Truck was set up for next day. When I went to get it, the truck was huge. We were given free upgrade but larger truck is harder to drive. Was then told by same woman that it wasn't daycare she had to pick him from but a karate or Two Qwon For class I can't remember which one. We rented a truck for a couple days before this from Stow It in Newton Falls which we loved. We got no insurance for truck then and asked for no insurance for this rental. She even said I have you down for no insurance, no dolly, no packing mats, etc and I said yes but yet we were charged $14 safe move insurance. Very unhappy with this Uhaul site.
