The agent was great but the truck wouldn't turn off and made clicking sounds. So was sent back to original location I rented the truck but was contacted the day before that I had to go to Center Liquor because Spruce didnt have 15 ft truck available on Fri. But they magically had a 15' to replace the malfunctioning one. So a quick rental turned into a 3 hour delay. Customer service did extend our return date but that really didn't help us.

Location reserved was not same as location that I picked up vehicle. I did NOT receive a call informing me of the switched location, I had found out on my own by calling ahead of time. Your web site is horrible in this way, don't put addresses for pickup that you have no intention of allowing pickup from. The new pickup location was not listed on the web site, which is ironic, since it was closer to my location that the reserved location. Seriously, this is very poor customer service, and it does your employees on favors getting yelling customers in their faces. Fix this!

this location needs a person who can give information about U-Haul and can answer all the questions and concerns. The man who was providing the U-Haul to me kept giving me “I don’t know” answers. “ I honestly don’t know how it works”. I had to call u haul customer service several times due to this being my first time renting a u haul and I had questions that this guy couldn’t answer. He had no idea how the payment worked. He had me basically do his job for him because he had a “toothache”. I would never go to this location ever again.

The employee that helped us was nice but he neverbrold us how to use the car dolly. We had to figure it out ourselves along with Google. Maybe in the future they should go over how to use the equipment with their customers to ensure safety.

HORRIBLE!!!! The helper had no idea how to rent the equipment waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for him to find out how to rent me the equipment. Place smells bad because all the homeless

This pick up location was not the location I selected on line. The attendant of the liquor store just gave me the keys with no instructions and no inspection. The gas level was at 3/4 of a tank and the paperwork marked in between 3/4 and full tank which I did not notice until I return the truck

This location is the farthest away from by residence of all in the area. It only had the one dusty old trailer waiting for me, so I had no choice. The young man in attendance was as helpful as he could be but had to re-enter all my quick-check-in data that should have already been in the system. The hours were not convenient as the store did not open until 9:30 am.

A liqueur store... ghetto, very hot building, took a very long time. The clerk was friendly an polite.

cashier seemed unfamiliar with some processes and his printer was malfunctioning. I checked in in advance but still needed to re-enter all that information, so the process was not as fast as I was told.
