Truck was missing the Cadillac converter and was missing 6 furniture pads when we asked for 12 - When i returned the truck I made sure I was able to address this to the customer service and she told me that U-Haul is aware of the malfunction of the truck but since it runs, they'll still rent it... Well, that unfair. First this truck eats gas like no other, second, I can't even access the highway with such noise, third, it's so hard to drive it, can't even go over 30 without making the entire town know you're coming. Also, after I had the worst experience, and missing furniture pads, U-Haul has the audacity to charge me for gas? I could only go 27 miles on this order and the noise was beyond annoying, I put $20 gas and because your truck is missing the converter, I had to pay another $22?? I know gas is getting expensive but $44 for 27 miles is a rip off.

This location didn't correctly record my gas upon my return. I no longer trust this location. Please contact them to make sure they properly record the information. I have pictures to prove this information. They wrongly charged me a fuel charge.

I think you should CLOSE DOWN this location. A trip that should have been approx 50 miles ends up being 820 miles cost shud be approx. $50 ends up to be $376. Am still awaiting my refund and final closeout receipt.

Truck was dirty,no dolly&moving pads was in the truck.i did on-line pick up,hopefully I don't get charged for unavailable dolly&pads.I swept the truck.it was very dirty.

The morning of my return the location was scheduled to open at 9:30a in which I arrived on time and no one was available. I called the phone number available and got no answer..I was totally unaware of a drop off box nor an online return system....I waited past 9:45a still no one showed..Needless to say I was late for work due to the unprofessionalism.I'm very dissatisfied with the situation...

Agent was not knowledgeable about U-Haul at all I spent about an hour to 1 1/2 hours wait. He was video calling someone to guide him my ID and my debit cart on his desk showing the person and couldn't even understand the person directing him. Return was about the same wait time very unprofessional same video call thing and I ended with extras charges but he just blamed it on U-Haul when I asked questions. I really hope something is done about the issue. (I strongly suggest you have the agents trained prior to putting them in the front line dealing with people sensitive information.) It really unbelievable.

He did not know what he was doing he kept calling people. I never received the equipment I needed because he didn't have it there was no Dolly no furniture pad no furniture dolly no appliance dolly I had to inconvenience go somewhere else and I only receive the Furniture pads in 1 dolly. And now I'm looking at this contract and it says I'm missing things that I never received. The truck was in horrible working condition it was not a comfortable ride. Not happy at all with this experience.
