Christopher GExcellent trailer rental experience! The manager and assistant were very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to throughly check the hookup. The assistant noticed my connector plug had corrosion and he quickly addressed the problem. I highly recommend this location!!
William BThis location was close to me, and I made an initial reservation to reserve the truck over the phone on Friday as they were not going to have a customer rep available on Saturday. We made a tentative reservation for for 3pm, only because I was assured that I could change the time online once I figured out a better time. Unfortunately, I was unable to change the time. I am happy to provide the screen shots. I called the corporate number, and they were also unable (or unwilling) to change it for me. The only way I could get the time frame I needed was to extend the truck... I was forced to pay extra fees, an extra day and additional safe mover changer. This ended up being way more complicated, stressful and more expensive than originally hoped. I thought I was getting a deal and ended up paying way more for the hassle of being unable to simply change my original time. Additionally, no one was available to assist me with this error as they close early and would not have someone available this particular Saturday. I called the local uhaul and they said corporate should have been able to override or assist me with the time change. I had to fly out to DC for a work meeting so once I called back, I was told if I talked to someone in person, they would have been able to correct this error and the excess changes. But again, no one was available in person. And corporate was no help. I've not had the best experience with this mobile/online reservation system. I use uhaul for most of my long-distance moves, so I'm extremely disappointed in this latest experience; the unwillingness of corporate to assist or override the time change and the local office for saying I could change the time online, but in fact would not be able to. This made my move very stressful down to the last minutes.

KEATON GI cannot say enough good things about Sherri. She patiently worked with me through several schedule changes and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my move. She was reassuring to me during this tumultuous time in my life, it was like working with a favorite aunt! The facility is in a good location for easy in and out, and the vehicles are really clean and well maintained. Thank you for being there for me!
