Be polite. I was my ride was running late and I continuously had to call and apologize and push back the time. There was construction and traffic. It was completely out of my control. My brother was with my and he’s special needs.. he made a joke about getting a discount. The man says “for what? For being two hours late?” I understand that it was a Saturday and it didn’t go like I originally wanted it to, but there’s no excuse for that.

Upon turn-in, the 24/7 web site couldn't find my location on my phone and after calling customer service they couldn't help so, as instructed, I left the truck without really checking it in. I did receive a final email so it turned out ok.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice & helpful. I would just suggest that the individual making reservation ask/suggest that we need straps. He asked about blankets & dolley but no straps & I had no idea what I needed. Luckily my brother-in-law had some & saved the day. Thank you U-Haul you saved the day!

I ordered the equipment for a different pick up location and was never notified by UHaul that the location had changed. The woman took FOREVER to do the paperwork. The truck was a piece of junk. It shook and shook some more.

Explain the after-hours drop box procedure before leaving with the truck. I had already locked the truck and dropped the keys before I found out I was supposed to take a picture of the mileage/fuel level. Also, the online procedure wouldn't let me upload a picture - it kept telling me to 'upload a more recent picture' and would not let me complete the procedure, so I had to just drop the contract/keys and walk away. Otherwise we got a great truck for a great price and all was well with the trip. The gal who helped us with the contract was knowledgeable and friendly. The owner of the facility was available via phone for questions too. This is a well run facility and I recommend renting from them.
