I was quite disappointed that I had to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick up my truck and trailer. The man at the storage facility was super helpful and polite but because of this detour it added 60 miles to my trip so it ended up costing me more money which was quite frustrating considering that there were 3 or 4 other locations within a 10 mile radius of my home. This is totally unacceptable. It makes me feel like I got cheated by your company. I reserved my equipment several days in advance so there is no reason why it shouldn't have been available in my hometown.
