The gas said 1/2 tank and I’d 1/4 and I only did 39 miles l have a picture of starting miles and the gas gauge so I need a refund for the over charge

In all the other locations, where I have rented trailers, which have been multiple times in the last 30 years I have been provided with help to guide my vehicle, while I am driving it backwards to the trailer, to connect it, and check if the the break lights and signals were working. Not here. I guess she did not wanted to get wet since it was raining. Also I got a trailer that was not completely seal. While I was driving the vehicle towards Madison, it was raining and my wo matresses as well as rug got wet. Is U-haul going to help me with reimbursement ?

Nothing explained about turning back in the truck at the destination. They would not hook up the the car carrier with an extra fee after ai already had an agreed upon contract.

Everything was very good.. we wanted a covered trailer which the dealers around us did not have but a small truck worked out fine

I was charged a cleaning fee even though the truck had been thoroughly swept and cleaned before returning. Not happy.

Make it more clear on the return process after hours. I returned the trailer early, but did not do the online return process as it wasn't mentioned in the quote. I got a text message 4 hours later to do the return process but I was already home. Then I was charged $20 for the sales representative to check the trailer in on the next business day. Seems like a bad policy to me.

Truck was badly in need of a front end alignment. Traveled over 2000 miles with wheel pulling severely to the right. It was exhausting. Other than that it was clean and ran well.

The advance telephone pricing matched perfectly. Pickup was easy with a new employee. Courteous and friendly. What especially surprised me was upon the return if the 26 foot truck. There is obviously a Manager on duty who exhibites genuinely warm eye contact and clear communication with a friendly smile. Her name is Ms Lisa and my hat is off to her degree of Service. I clearly understand why she has been promoted to a Managerial position. Yes Castle Storage is clearly recommended based on Ms Lisa. Sincerely, Howard

When we returned the uhaul the bill said one thing and uhaul took almost 15 dollars more out of our accouny!!!!!

They had someone working that was not trained or had an knowledge of the process. I have always rented from this location but I would never use it again. Equipment dirty and Dollie was broken. I arrived at 7:50am and was there until 8:39. I was paying movers from 8:15 because I reserved for 8 am but because staff was not trained it took far too long to leave with my truck.

I have no problem with this location. Only problem I had, was when I reserved the truck I reserved it at a different location that the system said the truck WAS there. I get a phone call the day before pickup telling me I have to drive an extra hour and half out of my way to pick this truck up. Then pay extra for the mileage!!

I had to visit this location 4 times to get my pickup squared away. Dealt with 3 different employees. Got different answers to my questions. Very unorganized. I won’t use this location again.
