Truck was dirty, there were still items in the back and had damage.

DEYANIRA VNever using uhaul again. Reserved a car hauler in advanced. Planned my trip with plenty of time only to get to the 1st uhaul location and car hauler was out of order. Had to scramble looking for another location with a car hauler. Since uhaul delayed me, and all of my appointments, leaving time, and plans to avoid traffic and beat weather, trip turned to crap. Ended up delayed enough to catch rain most of the trip, caught all traffic in the busy cities. Missed appointments, which delayed my trip coming back in time. Turned in trailer an hour late, was charged for another complete day. Uhaul took no accountability in messing up my trip except to take advantage of charging for another day, for the delay they caused.

ANTONIO BThe cargo truck was dirty and had lots of machine shop metal and paper garbage mixed with oil . The clerk tells me I have to bring it back clean . Luckily I took pictures and sent to corporate before leaving yard .
MIGUEL MIf I leave dirt in the back I get charged. I had to clean up after the prior renter. I was very clear about the distance and addresses for my move. Edinburg texas to zapata texas with dropping off to rio grande city. They put mileage down as 60 miles. Which is from my first apartment to the uhaul dealer in rio grande city. Costing me an extra 40 bucks. I did the whole mobile app contactless way and ended up having to deal with someone at a window and they change what I had put into the app. All the times I've rented a uhaul truck.... this was the worst
DAVID SBe sure to do what the sticker says. It said we could a $25 credit if we left the truck clean. We were sure to leave it clean inside and out. Even put more gas than it originally had. We did not receive the $25 credit for cleaning 😓

Ruben AI rented a 26’ box truck for a house move, the truck was brand new everything worked as it should. The low deck, loading ramp and the appliances dolly made loading and unloading task a breeze. I was very pleased with the rental and the customer service, I will definitely recommend.

Wesley HAlthough I had reserved at the uhaul at a different location that was closest to me, this pick up location was able to help me when the other location could not. I was never notified that the pick up location was moved until moving day. I am very disappointed in the uhaul company for that.
