From the beginning of my experience with UHaul it was nothing but problems. It took over an hour to just try to reserve a vehicle, then when I finally got it done the system took all my attempts and made them into reservations. Getting to the place with the vehicle, there was no one to help. I tried to use my phone, and apparently you can only use Apple with their system. Thankfully my daughter has an apple we could use. The same with returning the vehicle. It took me an hour just to get the vehicle, and was not able to get through to customer service either. I waited on hold until my daughter arrived and while she got online to accept the reservation. U-Haul needs to fix their website so that it doesn't take multiple tries to get a reservation, and they need to fix their programs to accept other phones other than appleKevin M.

There was food on the floor of the cab , mud all over the floor of the cab and a cloth mask and sunglasses in the dash holder. The back was clean. The lock that opened to get the keys required many attempts and even when it opened it was difficult to free from the lock hasp.Kevin P.
Moving is a very stressful time, especially during covid and travelling 250km. We had planned ahead with our 2 paid helpers from Kitchener, to pickup the truck as ordered on Fri Nov 27 at 3pm and start packing it but the truck wasn't returned yet. We had to wait until 1:45 Sat 28th and didn't return to Midland til 3pm to start loading. Then load in dark til 9pm and drive to Listowel by midnight. They unloaded big stuff and beds and then home to Kitchener. They did return Sun to help unload but our whole schedule was disrupted by 24 hours. Those 2 men needed Sun to rest before their own work schedules. It was very disruptive and with the hurried move in the dark, a lot of my furniture got scratched and gouged. This was extra stress on top of stress. No attendant at location when told there would be on Sat Nov 28 at 1pm. Ended up doing by mobile.Dan K.
Signage poor for a night time return..difficult to see without lighting. The one truck in the parking area was the give away.Jim F.

Your customer service was atrocious. Pickup location was moved several times without notifying me. As well as pickup time. Garbage company. Will never use again. Just terrible.Justin D.
Location is convenient as it is close to the drop off location of my one-way move... would suggest improved lighting or signage for night time dropoffs, but there was ample space to park the equipment and the drop box for keys was clearly visible.Anthony G.
Arrived 20 minutes before closing time nobody available to get key spent one hour on on phone with uhaul the person was extremely helpful finally had to phone customer service the lady had my combination i thanked her very much the truck was 30 minutes away for me to pickup. Returning was very easy on and also ordered 2 dozen blankets not were not in the truckjohn C.

Change everything about how you run your company because every piece is wrong and treats your paying customers extremely poorly. How UHaul conducts business is completely inappropriate.Christopher H.
