Juan ROur service was great but the tank was way less than full, although she adjusted the amount of gas in the contract the owner let us know the contract for our U-Haul started in the city we left from and she could not adjust our gas from the city we actually moved from. We had to get a U-Haul 45 mins away and by the time we got home the tank was almost on empty.

lorenzo sPrinter at this location was almost out of ink leaving vast amounts of printed documents unreadable. Was told documents would be e-mailed. Waited over five minutes for documents to appear in email. Never received any emails from this location even after verifying e-mail address was correct. Had to use this San Joaquin, CA site because the site in Firebaugh, CA had rented out my reserved equipment. The clerk at the San Joaquin, CA site admitted that rented out reserved equipment was a common occurrence with U-Haul. Will go to any length to avoid using U-Haul again.
ALAN JI made a reservation several months in advanced, and was called 2 days before I was to get it and told the only trailer available was an hour away! UNEXCEPTABLE customer service! No discount offered!

EVA LThe lady didn't know what she was doing. It took forever for her to complete the transaction to rent the truck. She quoted us a cheaper price on the phone then changed it once we got there. Almost no gas in the truck when we go it.
