The Jefferson Davis /site I was very disappointed . I had a unite their for almost 4 years . Lost a very valuable family item and was treated with disrespect by one of the managers . They need more training on manners at that location . GraciasKEVIN G.

When I went into the store to grab the uHaul, it took over 30 minutes to get the truck and I had to do the entire transaction over the phone. I also asked them 3 times for them not to charge me for the $14 SafeMove coverage, but they still did. Since I reserved the truck online, I made sure the $14 charge was not in the reservation. However, I was STILL charged for it, even after telling them it shouldn't be on my bill. They promised 3 times they would refund me for it and because I had to do the transaction over the phone, I was unable to get confirmation they would nor have I received a refund.Brian M.
I wouldn't say this location was bad, but my overall experience with U-Haul was terrible my anxiety' was high not knowing weather I was even going to get a truck that I had a reservation for for over a month. You need to do better.Cherlylon B.

It was hard to find and was a secondary business to a Vape Shop.Bob S.
The 15 ft truck was a absolutely a living Nightmare, when I picked the truck up It Va was on empty could barely get to a Gas station, could not read the mileage gauge as the truck was so old that the light was burned out, the emergency bake was next to impossible to disengage and when I could that front panel fell off, it had a flat tire, the battery light was on constantly and at one gas station I could not get it to start, the very nice man there jump started it for me, The Oil light was on the whole time, And then to top it off they overcharged me what a living nightmare especially with moving so stressful to begin with 🤬😡😵â€💫😈🥵Joyce B.
Rental location wasn't open at the time I had reserved the truck, despite the hours posted on their door that said they were and UHaul's central office verifying that they should've been.Brad D.

You can stop over charging. I had to literally unclick on so may extras on your web site. And I still got charged 14 dollars for insurance that I'm positive i passed on. I'd really like that back. I drove the truck less than 3 miles and my insurance covered it. As far as I'm concerned you stole 14 dollars from me. If you don't refund it then you've lost me as a customerJason M.

ITS NOT THE LOCATION IN QUESTION, ITS UHAUL PERIOD. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE ILL NEVER EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. YALL ARE A JOKE!! YOU RECOMMEND MOVERS TO HELP ON YOUR WEBSITE AND NEITHER OF YOU COMMUNICATE. I had a reservation set 2 weeks prior and on the day of the reservation there were no trucks available to me. I did not get a truck until 3 hours later, and I did not receive any discount for the inconvenience! Absolutely awful!!!Lorenzo Woods W.
The Vape Shop was supposed to be open at 10am so that I could pick up truck and no one arrived until 10:30. The moving labor Ant Men Movers recommended by uhaul never showed up to load truck. No one to correct issues only a email for support. I will never use uhaul again. No large 20+ trucks available. Worst experience ever!!!Mickey C.

The location was terribly hard to find. It was not my choice at all! This was 20 minutes away from the location I requested to return to. All Uhaul staff over the phone have been a total nightmare and RUDE!! Location was dirty and felt unsafe. Not clearly marked. Staff at location was indifferent and sketchy.RAVEN W.

The truck has 143K miles on it and is was DANGEROUS at highway speeds and should not be allowed to return to the road without being inspected and repaired. The vendor was made aware.Scott B.
