BOB STAFFORDThe truck had a check engine light and the Fuel Cap light was on, even after I tightened the cap. I drove the truck 25 miles. When I rented the truck the tank was indicated at "Full". I stopped across the street before returning the truck to fill it up. It took 11 gallons of fuel, to go 25 miles? I am guessing the fuel gauge is broken too. Aside from the truck, the service agent was extremely helpful.

john weedI had significant issues with the overall experience with Uhaul, but this location did their best to accommodate. The only issue was the trailer that I was supposed to pick up had a flat tire, but the location helped work through that. The overall experience was terrible, mostly due to reservation and scheduling issues. I reserved a truck and trailer online and neither the pickup nor dropoff location was actually able to meet the need on the day of reservation. I was scheduled to pickup in Clinton, NC but they notified me on the day before (as I was flying in from overseas) that they didn't have the equipment available. I ended up having to pick up in Cary, NC which is an hour away. The pickup location said they would include free mileage to makeup most of the difference, but that didn't appear on the final invoice. They also were supposed to update the initial fuel level from 1/4 to 1/8, since the truck was well below 1/4 tank when i picked it up. My final charges were incorrect for both mileage and fuel level.

Darren BiehlerTruck struggled on the highway and need an alignment. Also the windshield was cracked, I was told I could not get another truck just for a windshield.
Brandon BeaversRented us the same truck that was filthy twice, mentioned the power steering leak to them on the first drop off and how the brakes felt funny (Since the power assist from the brakes runs off of the power steering) And was essentially blow off on 12/28/23 then they were overheard stating "We have to get rid of this piece of junk) There was ash everywhere in the cab, the smell of weed, used drink cans and paper work from the previous rental in the truck as well. On 12/31 we had another rental from the same location and it was the same truck with the power steering well below minimum on the tank, they had removed the can and paperwork but the inside of the truck was still filthy. Will be contacting uhaul to rectify things

Daniel BENDERThe process was handled efficiently and I got my truck quickly. My only complaints is the person working couldn't go 10 minutes without taking a puff of his vape pen and blowing the smoke in my face. Then in having the conversation he dropped a couple Fbombs and a few other curse words. I'm definitely a curser so it doesnt bother me that much but there's a time and a place, and a place of business is definitely not the place.
