This was simply a drop off location, I didn't have much interaction with the employees, and was there for less than 10 minutes.

I do not believe my issue was entirely the fault of my pick up location, but on the morning of my departure to my end destination, my rental started jerking and hesitating, while the engine light started flashing. I was not even 15 minutes into my ride. Thankfully, while keeping the truck at a consistent speed around 60-65 mph, it would not happen. I avoided passing as to not have to push it. The truck made it, some 5 hours later, but I worry about the next rental who gets it. These trucks need to be serviced and checked regularly. I know some issues may not be easily noticed, but hopefully these things can be avoided more times than not.

DONNIE UThe property is poorly maintained and trip hazards everywhere. Broken walkways mixed with dirt and rocks. Had to climb over broken rocks to get into office. Only 1 person working on busy Saturday morning with long line to be helped. Will only rent by the hour on Saturday!??

Maqsood AThe checkout process using a mobile device still required help from the office, and there was a minor issue getting my wife’s phone to pick up the call to verify her as the second point of contact. So I don’t know that this mobile-phone-based process was truly streamlined or saved any time. Still, it was nice to be able to document the condition of the truck with photos, and overall it was fairly smooth on both ends (pickup and return).

Gabriel ADrove the van completely perfectly but got charged for “hitting a pole” and breaking the right side mirror. The crack that was there was from before i picked it up but i got charged for the damage. Do not rent with this location!!

natarajan sZaid is super helpful and accommodating. There is no other Uhaul location we'll ever rent from and believe me there are others close by but they were rude and absolutely unaware of Uhaul practices.
Amy RThe manager was absolutely great, very quick same day rental, $2 to buy used ratchet strap from used equipment bargain bin in lobby, used his phone for the id photo when the app failed on my phone, etc. The van was very clean and had a full tank, several Little Trees air fresheners hung around, and a black rolled pad was subtly and conveniently attached under passenger seat to protect ankles from a sharp metal seat adjust rail near the floor on that side. Everything is easy about driving this automatic moving van with side mirror turn signal lights, blind spot mirrors, etc. There wasn't an owner's manual, but there was a quick start guide that answered my question about the parking brake. The rear view is obstructed by the way the door is built and by the obstructing perforated metal wall between the cab and back storage area, so you have to drive this vehicle by your side mirrors. The backup camera is great. Two small items on this vehicle: no windshield fluid, and usb port not working on dash. (Just bring a cigarette lighter adaptor for usb access if you want to keep your phone charged.) Would recommend to everyone except the few who are mobility challenged (gravel lot with a steep on hill and uneven grade into office).
Ann BZaid was available every time I contacted or stopped by in advance of my trip, as I remembered this or that, or added items the movers requested. All my requests were met! He was beyond helpful!
