I was supposed to get blankets to cover up my furniture and never seen any blankets and the truck. But I would definitely rent from this company again was very pleasant.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience! I had to call customer care a total 7xs . Rude care on the phone , trailer smelled like rotten meat and had a large red spot that looked like vomit. Thank goodness we only used boxes not furniture! The key did not work for the truck upfront then after we call customer service for the fifth time they contacted the store that was closed to find our rental was in the far back of building! I rented a utility cart and never received one! That was paid for all. I would not recommend this location for rentals nor was I impressed with Customer Service Uhaul. I was placed on hold and passed to different departments several times! Then when I was told to call Monday morning because the weekend staff is unable to address service complaints I spoke to a IHaul rep that was rude and continued to talk over me and he was argumentative. Disappointing!

The U-Haul and location were excellent but I cannot say the same for the online check in app. It was slow and could not find my location (took several trys and my settings and cell service were fine), it didn't like my pictures so it wanted to send me a verification code which I tried to get three times (emails eventually came through 15 minutes later), and it tried to overcharge me. I was never able to complete the process and the in store representative ended up checking me in and out. I appreciated that so much! Additionally, the online process requires way too much, you should be able to pre-register your pics and license and only have to verify the correct truck online to get your keys. All of the additional forms of ID are ridiculous especially when doing it through the app at pick up. For example, I do not have an employer( on disability), no passport, and I own my home so no rental documents. I don't need that much information to vote or go anywhere else. Pick up should be fast and quick.

I reserved online and picked up in-store. Fast and easy. In and out in a couple of minutes. The associate was very friendly and told me what I needed to know about mileage, gas, and drop off. Would definitely use again!

I was advised that I would have 35 miles included in my rental and was charge for the miles. The rental was dirty. The individual at the rental facility its self was courteous and kind.

I picked up the trailer , it was extremely bumpy pulling it home . I loaded it . It was still extremely bumpy taking the load , about halfway there the bumpy ride stopped suddenly , when I got to the dropoff I inspected , the treads of the tier on the passenger side had peeled off , the tier was not flat but lost the treads . I callled for a repair , they did , they extended the rental a day and said they wouldn’t charge me for the extra day and still charged me for the extra day anyways . Lousy .

The truck sounded like it was gonna break down and unsafe to drive the minute we drove out of parking lot we heard the noises it was making so we drove right back they told us to call roadside assistance.. I had checked I wanted. A Dolly and furniture pads they didn’t have those I was told I wouldn’t be charged for those but I was charged for the furniture pads .

Nikki is amazing. She is very kind, respectful,professional and courteous. Only if everyone was like Nikki it would be so awesome. The small trucks could use ramps and a tie down strap. Overall I am very satisfied and pleased. Makes me want to buy me a box truck. Thank you so much for all of your help.

The only thing that would make the experience better is if the gas tank was full when you picked up the vehicle. That way when you went to return your vehicle there would be no question as far as where to fill it to, you would just fill it up.

Yes I did choose to move after a snow storm but I had to unbury the truck that had been plowed in and I could not tell the condition of the truck because it was covered in snow.. and I have had to do less for the IRS to get something accomplished.. selfie.. front of license.. back of.. selfie with license.. multiple pics after that.. frozen lock box to get out of.. not one but two alternate contacts.. on and on.. I am only satisfied with my rental because it was pretty cheap for the size of the truck and the amount of time I had it.. besides that it’s better to wait to rent when the place is open.. not as much to go through..

Bring mileage costs down some. Plus get your website straightened out. They had me picking up my unsullied almost 40 miles away when Wren Napoleon had one which was on 15 minutes away!

Make dollies and blankets available at more locations. We ordered them online and they were not available at pickup. This location is a carpet store and were nice enough to loan up one of theirs.

Interior of cab was not clean. Did not get equipment i paid for. 24/7 was terrible to try and get questions answered. Reservations were terrible, i had to pay for 22 miles where it was picking up and dropping truck off. My move was in town.

We rented a trailer from 1413 N. Scott St, Napoleon, OH, picked it up on Thursday, June 17, started to load it with the first item and the door opening hit the ground, the door came down on my daughters back, and we almost dropped the item we were loading. We looked at the connection to the hitch and it was never secured. The lights were connected, the chains were connected the actual screw to keep the hitch and trailer connected was just sitting on top, not screwed down at all.

If you change the pick up location on the customer , the customer should be compensated for the added time. Mud on the floor inside the truck cab. Only 1/2 a tank of gas. Changed location added 1 hour just to pick-up the truck. Your customer service thinks that adding 30 miles to my rental is compensation when they are sending me 30 miles out my way to pu the truck. Uber cost money.

Cab smelled, Stearing wheel crumpled in your hands. windshield wiper blades torn and did not work. Tires bald, Brakes barely stopped vehicle. Truck not aligned, would not stay on road. Vehicle not safe, should NOT be rented. Box dirty, ramp filthy just awful. Worst U-Haul rental of my life. Next time I will try Penske or Ryder
