We had to drive 40 mins just to pickup the uhaul after having the reservation for at least a month. The uhaul should have been dropped off at a closer location for some sort of convenience for us. Not a satisfied customer
staff had difficulty using the uhaul data entry program and it took a long time to get the van. i was roadsided and needed it quickly. they were friendly and helpful, but inexperienced.
Great service. The owner came right out and greeted us to assist with the drop off.
There was no one there to help with the trailer. A young girl behind the counter told me to just drop it on the dirt. It served its purpose.
Have local staff more knowledgeable about the equipment.
