Salvatore CNot a thing! This location, these people were the most efficient and helpful people in a uhaul facility that we have ever experienced. The complete transaction from start to finish was effortless and probably the easiest part of our entire trip!! Will definitely use THIS particular location again

mark wAbsolutely horrible customer service. The designated drop off location I had the place took two extra trucks that he wasn't suppose to get so there was no room. He then sent me to another location a couple miles away and they were closed. So I had to wait until the next day and the next closest place was 10 minutes away. When I returned it I filled the gas tank back up to the level when I picked it up I was charged extra for mileage over after it not being my fault that the person got extra trucks he was NOT suppose to get and also charged for fuel when I brought it back at the same level as when I picked it up. So over all my experience in have to pay more and get tossed around is ridiculous and I WILL never be using U- Haul again... Have a great day

PEGGY SThe gentlemen there was very nice and very helpful. We had ordered at 20 foot, but it broke that morning as he was preparing to give to us. He was going to upgrade us to a bigger truck for free, but it was really too big for our needs. He looked around the area for another, but we decided to just go with the 15 foot. He had to redo a whole new invoice to save us the cost.....he was very nice to make sure we were charged properly. If we were in the area again, we would definitely use his place again.
