The website did not allow the agent to accept my credit or debit card for the deposit. As such, I had to leave a cash deposit. Not a problem for me, as I had the cash on me. However, I had to come back when the Agent was available (next morning). Agent was very apologetic, but it was not her fault.

The checkin/checkout process was a little arduous but the truck did its job. Only ONE clerk in the establishment knows how to deal with U-Haul reservations; be prepared to wait...

I don’t know the young lady’s name there but she was awesome very very helpful.

I drove 45 minutes to pick up the truck, I was supposed to pick up the truck at 1:45 PM in Beaverdam and return it in Fredericksburg but the truck was available at 3 PM and I was obligated to return it in Beaverdam before 9 PM. It was not a pleasant experience since I had rush and drive 45 minutes (22 miles of Country roads) to return the truck before 9PM.

Had no gas in truck was on e and took forever to get uhal truck had me put $30 in gas then say going to pay me back get back drop truck off at say no need you to put another $30 in gas poor poor

I paid in full when i picked the unit up. I returned it early and the receiving location wanted to charge me $65 more! They worked in the system after i showed them my receipt but still charged me an additional $2. I will never rent a Uhaul again.

I was repeatedly told that I would receive a call the day prior to pick up to tell me the location for pick up, even though it was Christmas Day. Needlessly to say, I did not get the phone call.

Faster check out time. Takes more than a half hour to hour to check out. Overall ladies are very nice, uhaul just doesn’t train them properly. Not their fault it’s yours.

The distance was far for my pickup. I thought it was initially Broad Street location in Richmond VA. I did the travel because I needed the truck.

Uhaul rescheduled my pick up without letting me know. I was sent to a complete different location to pick up. I ordered a 26’ truck and got a 15’. Horrible experience with Uhaul. I will never use this company again. I will make sure to let everyone I know about my experience.

Service is great it's so much easier and faster than the old way.the online registration makes everything much easier. Aaron

Bait and switch estimated rate. Estimated rate went from $89.00 estimated to being charged $125.00 upon equipment return. During estimate process, I was clear on days rented and insurance costs. Insurance went up and charged an additional day not included in the estimate. Do not do business with U Haul.

was in store for 45 mins. cashier was unable to work system correctly. Had to get manager. Manager then tried advising I had to have additional insurance, did not enter the correct pick up time or drop off location so it resulted in multiple phone calls to resolve.
