One of the rear parking lights was not working on the trailer. The U-Haul office didn't have anyone to fix it so I looked at it. It's cable was not connected when I looked at it, so I fixed it. Nothing we experienced would keep us from coming back, but it would have been better to have it ready to go when we arrived.

I went to a different location located off Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte NC at first the lady quoted me over 500.00 for the same size truck going to the same location. I'm not sure why. I'm very confused .

Don't over charge them like you did me I put the amount of gas back in that it had when I picked it up and you charge me for a full tank u haul is the most discussing place I've ever gotten a rental from I'll make sure nobody else gets done this way you shouldn't be allowed to do that to hard working people

The truck I ordered was not there. They did upgrade me but the truck was disgustingly dirty. Trash, dirt, glass, screws and more in the back of the truck and the inside of the cap was sticky and smelled of smoke.

I was told that the tank was full. The needle was on F. However, the tank could hold about a a quarter of a tank past the F Mark. I was told I had to return it completely full to avoid any charges. So I'm getting a tank that can hold another $20 worth of gas and I'm required to put that extra gas into it? Not right or not fair. The tank should've been completely full and I'll return it completely full. That's fair. Been using U-Haul for years. If I don't get a small credit I'm switching to a Budget. I've never had need to complain before.
