Destiny GThe gentleman who was there did a fantastic job of helping us out. Came from another U-Haul dealer having communication issues with the main U-Haul office after heavy snow. I tried for an hour to verify my entries to get my reservation. However, after an hour I found I had a bogus reservation. That motivated me to “move on”.

Frank SI had to walk around to find the person to help me with my rental; he was friendly enough, but did not seem to be very enthusiastic/in much of a hurry to get me set up with my equipment. He could have moved the trailer to make it a little easier for me to get out of the lot with it (which I was eventually able to do), but chose not to do so. I got what I needed and that is about as much as I can say about the experience.

James TDon’t charge for gas without saying anything I had plenty of time to get the gallon they said was short after parking on undeveloped ground a running engine for several minutes. Surprise here’s $43 dollar extra charge. Not a word. Noticed what was done on receipt.

Robert KSlight issue over bill amount, I had the units (26 footer & car dolly) an extra day. The police shut down the pass for 8 hours for safety reasons (snowstorm). Manager was very nice and said that he would adjust my bill accordingly. Also the gas was slightly lower than a quarter tank when I brought it back, exactly as it was I picked up vehicle All minor stuff, all rectifie

kirk ni started out in tocoma washington but they didn't have a car trailer so had to go to olyimpa to pick it up. cuz i dont know the area it would have been nice to have the company go get it and brought it to tocama washington insted of us having to go find it. then the trailer that was saved for us didn't have a plate. so your equipment needs to be look at more careful when brought back in

Regina WFriendly service and great hookups. The location is a little tricky but just go to first street after main driveway and come in the back gate and you should have no issues.

Bradley VI dropped off afterhours and the driveway signage was not clear and wasn't sure if I was pulling into the right location. It was very dark and also unclear of where to park. No problem finding the key drop box. Overall, I was in/out pretty quick. There was a guy present but wasn't sure if he worked there or not.
Dion GThis is a small location so parking was a premium. Since we were early dropping off the trailer he very quickly figured out a spot. Very pleasant, intelligent employee/owner. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

William WThe guy running it was very unprofessional. When I returned my truck he said he would check it in and send me an emailed receipt. I had to call the 1800 number for uhaul 3 times for three days to get someone to end the reservation and give me a receipt showing it was all good. No one at this location answers the phone. It’s generally sketchy. Do not recommend using this location.

Danny CI encountered discrepancies with the “Hold” charge where I was billed two different amounts, which created a complication upon final check out. The customer service representative at the location could not identify the additional charge in the system, but the issue caused a delay with my bank.
